It looks like they aren't doing the "ODU" on the west side. Think that would have been a good move, can't imagine there is any cost in doing that. Camera #2 down since this morning.

Don't see anything about the foghorn. I guess if you can bring it, in a clear bag you are good?
Hate to be a buzzkill, while not part of the bag policy, it's part of the Stadium Fan Guide policy...
NOISE MAKERS NOT PERMITED including: Cowbells, Horns, Whistles, Drums, and Megaphones.

Why does the university want to keep noise down? Ive seen to several stadiums that allowed cowbells and drums. I understand whistles because it could affect the game by impersonating a referee, but otherwise unless the NCAA bans it for every team, we should encourage people to be as loud as possible.
Are there any change of plans for additional chair back setup? Don't get me wrong, i like having most of the seats as chair backs but the renderings i have seen so far only showed a handful of rows in 217 getting chairbacks but the west side camera is showing chairbacks being installed for all the rows in 217. Did they decide to make it all chairbacks for 211 and 217?

The press box windows in the center have been revealed. I’m not sure, but I believe this is where the television cameras will be located. These windows look like they are retractable, like a garage door. I like the look of the window size variation across the front of the press box.
Pretty clean and classic look. Looks great. Doesn't it make sense to set it up on the top of Game day building so that if and when we get to NEZ work we don't need to move it and lets be honest being on the top of game day building gives it more visibility than being placed in that corner.

We will need another, can't have only one on the Gameday building. Then people in the beer garden and in the suites wouldn't be able to see it.

I agree that for some reasons, especially visibility, moving the new video board to above the game day building could have made sense. We, as fans are not always privy to which options were looked at (I’m guessing this was) and why one option was chosen over the other. It could have been either a financial, or logistical restraint; or perhaps the NEZ plans are already roughed-in, and they are planning on having the board installed over the new NEZ.
