Admittedly, I've never seen Henderson play or really know anything about him, but a quick look at 247 sports shows him with offers from JMU, Ga St, Howard, Marshall, ODU, Rhode Island, W&M, Coastal, ECU, Elon, ... Shows him with interest from App St and Wake.

I know the sites aren't always accurate, but are you telling me a kid from Charlotte that ultimately gets a Big 10 offer doesn't get an offer or presumably even much interest from NC St, UNC, Duke, UVA, VT or apparently even App St? I know Cignetti is just defaulting to whoever he had on his radar, but if I were an IU fan, I'm not sure I'd like the sound of all that. I'm sure he has OSU and Michigan shaking in their boots. I'm guessing he'll do his 3-5 years at Indiana, get fired and be able to be OK with it because of his bank acct. Just like every successful JMU coach prior to him that left for "greener pastures", they'll regret leaving behind the success and good thing they had going here (other than when they login to their bank acct I guess).
My thoughts exactly when I see the IU fans all giddy about the recruits they are flipping and act like they’re stacking a deck. Building for the SBC or MAC is a far cry from building for the Big10, obviously a few can succeed at that level, but most will be buried on the depth chart and 2 years down the road will be in the portal with hopes of landing somewhere they can get on the field.
Offered a center that was previously committed to Tulane, and he’s from Texas.

I think Cig’s biggest strength is his coaching ability. His recruiting really picked up the last 6 months, but that was due to his success.

Someone just get him a message board account to post his speculations.

Looks like he posted his commitment to Tulsa an hour after posting his JMU offer.

I wish they would, that way we could call them out for their bad takes without shedding light to them via X.

Ah dang. I missed that (explains the commit info on 247 though!). Thanks for the clarification.

Interesting that they're targeting some guys out in Texas and California now. Perhaps they like the coach recruiting them for HC but thought they were small time and had bigger offers so now they're running back to them since they're with a top 25 FBS program.

He flipped to Clemson.

He should officially change his handle to "Might Be Nothing" at this point.

Congrats to Indiana for building a team to compete for the conference championship, Sun Belt Conference that is, we'll just have to catch him on the rebound...07-coffee3

Not going to sweat any of the recruits that were never JMU Dukes, the guys leaving the program are the ones that get me upset
Even without the coaching change, I was going to be surprised if we could hold off any P4 last minute offers for him.

I agree, if Pitt (which they did now) or Penn State made an aggressive pitch, he’d be gone. And I wouldn’t blame him.
Maybe our current 4 star CB we got from Indiana will morph into a player. I haven't heard a peep about Trevell Mullen since he signed on with us.
Here's his lineage:
His brother, Trayvon, was a corner at Clemson and plays for the Baltimore Ravens
His brother, Tiawan, was a corner at Indiana and plays for the Los Angeles Chargers
His cousin is Baltimore Ravens starting quarterback Lamar Jackson

and
Here were his offers out of high school:
Arkansas
Auburn
Florida
Kentucky
Miami
Oregon
Penn St
Pitt
WVU
So. Miss

C'mon Trevell- time to shine!!

247sports outside of the kids pulling a bunch of P5 offers isn't the greatest. I played with kids who got G5 and FCS offers in high school and were not even rated on the site.
Word is we are not reoffering RB commit Nate Crosby
