Yeah, three service academies and the Ivy League. The kid is obviously a sharp and serious student. Great pick up!

On3 is great and in my mind is the next generation of recruiting sites. The founder of On3 was a co-founder of Rivals and the founder of 247 Sports and has created a much better product with On3.
Also check out mikefarrellsports.com for recruiting as well. Definitely concentrates on the P5 like everyone else, but Mike was the lead guy for Rivals and is one of the best in the business.
BOOM. Recruiting has been great so far this year. Success at the G5 level makes a difference

Rivals has 7 offers listed with Army the only FBS. He must do well in the classroom though with the Army and several Ivy offers. JMU's offer is not listed so his Tweets of a Maryland, OD and Navy offers could be legit.

Too much weight is put into offers from that population. Army has already offered 425+ guys in the 2024 class. They don't fully vet prior to offers as those schools have to cast a huge net to fill their recruiting classes.
Anecdotal but Navy, Penn and Colgate* continued to reach out after receiving my HS transcript (which was a clear indication I did not have the merits to go to those schools).

On3.com lists an offer from Maryland.
Rivals and 247 seem to rely on their network of school/fan volunteers? They definitely have not been up to date on our offers and commits in the past, so no reason to expect they capture all the others either.

HS teammate and "one of his best friends" is
Nevan Hopkins, who we have also offered and is currently at JMU.
EDIT: Also, Chase also retweeted BGB's big brother tweet soooo.
His HS teammate is Riley Robell who signed in the class of 23 and is an incoming freshman. Bushong is from Central Dauphin, which like McDevitt is in the same general Harrisburg, PA, area. Both schools are very solid HS programs that produce quality players.
My twitter snooping has me convinced we get 2+ more commitments in the next 24 hours.

While we’re hitting the Harrisburg area hard, I’m holding out hope we can secure the commits from the Erby brothers from Steelton-Highspire. Twin brothers Alex and Andrew have some high level offers (Penn State, Pitt, Louisville, Maryland, etc.), but seem to like JMU ans they’ve been there numerous times and are signing as a package deal.
