They talk about mid season finale, are they going to break for the holidays? Start up in Jan or something?

So true. That creepy house in the beginning of the episode would have been a better set up than the one they had.

All AMC shows have the broken up season. Walking Dead did it for 2 years in a row and Breaking Bad did on the last season

Wrong. The Walking Dead for seasons 2 and onward, Comic Book Men from season 2 and onward, Breaking Bad this last cycle, and Mad Men for their upcoming cycle. Otherwise no breaks.

WD isn't taking a full year off like BB did, they return in February

Holy ******* ****. 04-jawdrop
In my Daniel Bryan voice Yes Yes Yes !!!!!!!!!!!!
This was one strong episode. Lost a ton of key characters. What a battle, don't think the Gov is coming back from that.

Bullet to bran, no,don't think he is coming back from that.03-lmfao
Wow. Judith? She wasn't in the memoriam on Talking Dead? Those little sisters are straight gangster.
Wow! What a mid season finale! RIP Herschel.
Very strong episode and fun to watch. Herschel was my favorite character of the current group, but it was a great way to see him go.

Now I doubt that will all happen in this final episode, because they like to make it a cliff hanger.

Nailed it! 04-cheers

Great episode..... Where to next?
so the whole season a big deal has been made about walkers on the fence.
But know they can have 10 minute parlays after shooting a tank shell without walkers showing up?

On a serious note, that was awesome.
I'm just glad Maggie survived.
So that was what I was expecting in the finale last season!
Great way to end the first half of the season!

I've got to think that what 'Maggie' said on the Talking Dead was spot on: the characters have a pre-determined location to meet up at in the event something like this were to happen.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but right now we've got:

(1) Maggie, Beth and Bob The Medic by themselves.
(2) Michonne is by herself; possibly with Rick and Carl.
(3) The bus full of survivors, along with Glenn.
(4) The kids are by themselves, killing zombies and in general just freaking me out.
(5) I can't remember what happened to Daryl... but I sure thought he was a goner when that walker walked up behind him.

I know that someone in the group will run into 'Abraham' and his cohorts soon. He's a badass from what I've read. I am curious to see where they all wind up next and if they will run into 'The Hunters' this season or next.

Hershel died well, that's for sure... RIP you wise old coot.

There's a lot of potential with all those story lines going on; I'm pretty excited they're done with the prison story.
It's the zombie apocalypse I'm just going to let my kid play in the dirt 50 yards away. This a couple days after she was almost bit. Good thing they left that apartment to chill out in the wide open like that.

Agreed. Apparently parenting during the apocalypse is like ef it.
Also good thing Rick didn't take the Gov up on his generous offer. I mean option one.

-pack your crap up and leave, no one is hurt, live to fight another day

or

-fight, knowing that tank will run your walls over even if you do win and people will die and oh yeah you still have to leave apparently but this time not together spread out, wounded, with no supplies, and disorganized.

I mean that was brilliant not to just let them have it and all the deadly flu germs in it as well. It was pretty brilliant for everyone to scatter to when they could have just went into cell block whatever and locked the door after they won. Yeah the fences are down but you can't find a door to get behind and lock in a whole prison?

This show is seriously stupid sometimes. Yeah lets leave a secure apartment you have lived in the whole time to camp out in the woods behind 2 strands of barbwire. Give me a break. Not to mention while we are at it lets drive some raggedy 1966 bronco or some 1980 ford truck because god knows that's dependable, or use some rifle man rifle when you had m16's or whatever for everyone a while back. Yet we are supposed to believe these are the brightest survivors, yet they almost have to be careless and make bad decisions to even die on this show.
I don't think Judith is dead, I'm thinking that lily's sister has her. They didn't kill her or Lily, in the episode.

That little girl with a gun scares the **** out of me, just shoots them in cold blood like that. not that i wouldn't have done it, but just weird seeing it on a tv show.

It'll be interesting to see what happens next.
