There are are likely several reasons for the absurd fraud case filled this week against family Trump by the New York A.G. - - her own fading political prospects top among them.
But included on that list is a need to offer up yet another distraction from the unjustified use of gov’t agencies against political agencies. That cannot be forgotten. Ever.

Apparently you missed the beat down from the appeals court last night.

The orange guy is basically ******.
And that, in your view, makes the raid perfectly fine.
That's not meant as a question. I know for a certainty that this is how your unprincipled mind works. American civil rights are apparently now a conditional thing - - dependent on whether the cool people in power hate the target.

No, in my view, the raid was perfectly fine the moment I saw that it was a months long process and was signed off on by a judge. Until it's shown otherwise, the DOJ/FBI/Judge are also presumed innocent if you will. And that was further bolstered by the undisputed facts that they found exactly what they were looking for. They clearly had credible witnesses within trump world.
Former elected officials can break the law too...you're basically arguing that any warrant served on one is political. God help our country if that becomes any sort of precedent.
You're going to have a HELLUVA time trying to make the case that any rights of trump were violated when a warrant was issued by a judge and they told the SS in advance that they were coming to preform the search, which trump actually watched online in NY.

Spoken like a good little authoritarian.
And here I'd always thought that the state had the Constitutional duty to establish "probable cause" by oath or affirmation.
What we have here is a hidden affidavit, with all material supporting facts redacted. But I guess that's okay, because now in Tom World the state gets the presumption that their actions are kosher.

Have you complained every time they do the same with the mafia? In time everything will come out. Whether right or wrong, I'm betting you didn't complain when they went after others in the same way.

Your girdle is pulled kind of tight these days. Might want to adjust those strappy things there for that. I suggest doing some more cheerleading for your Cards.

This sounds very familiar. Wasn't the (Russia, Russia, Russia) FISA warrant signed off on by a judge? Asking for a friend.

What you're asking for is just ridiculous. And pretty sure that's not how this works in any case and likely never has. Further, how on earth can you insist that they didn't establish any probable cause when they ******* found exactly what they said he had, classified information. They laid out a mountain of information for the judge, unredacted, and he agreed. Since when is this process a public one? Especially since this particular one deals with classified information? Even if you believe the idiotic new assertion that trump declassified all the stuff via thought, the stuff was still awash in unredacted sensitive information!

And the fact that literally a hundred or so of the items being searched for in this case were found in the basement, and a number more packed in a box in the office along with some Time magazine mementos, speaks fairly loudly as to the accuracy of the underlying warrant in this particular instance.
Kind of a small fact that kind of makes your excuse not so viable.
