But you never let facts get in the way of your seagull posting, no point in stopping now.

We all know you don’t know what a fact is.
We thank the gridlock Senate for blocking a lot of the **** Hitler Biden would have otherwise passed to raise the deficit, yes. Pass all those bills the D's in the Senate & House wanted, you get a different story. Thx for playing, bye.

I wouldn't be surprised to see some asshat like krugman make the claim that biden's* inflationary policies effectively lowered the debt.

Very cool. 2 points awarded.
Just checking in with our resident legal scholars to see if Trump is in jail, yet?

Treasury made a payment this summer for the first time since Obama. Trump never made a payment on the national debt.

And Biden is tracking under Trump for deficit on both comparing 2021 to 2020 and 2022 to 2019 (non Covid year)

I really can't be bothered to give a damn when Dark Brandon seems to want to have his jack-booted thugs come round me up.
This details the items found in 33 separate boxes/locations:

What I find striking is the 45+ 'Empty folders with CLASSIFIED banners' and the 40-ish 'Empty folders Labeled "Return to Staff Secretary/Military Aide" '

Empty folders. Lolz.

And yes, many times in the past we had to churn out 30 page responses, motions, and briefs in 24 hours. When you have the time to burn, in the majority of motions, you do just what you describe above.

In the times where time is of the absolute essences (of which a Special Matter taking control of privilege issues) you get your motion in A flipping SAP. Then follow up. These clowns sat on their asses for two to three weeks, all the while the results of the search are where they dont want them to be.

You might be able to get by with that type of timetable in insurance claim litigation -- not in 'who takes the documents and who reviews the documents' in a police search situation.

please show me the rule of civil procedure that shows how long you have to file a motion to assign a special master... 07-coffee3

I didnt say it was governed by a rule of civ procedure. I did say they were flippin' ace cracker jack morons for sitting around with their thumbs up their asses for two/three weeks --- all the while the boxes are *with* the people who they dont want the boxes to be with.

I guess you dont understand that.

I am sorry, I deal with facts, not opinions. Just because YOU think that the Trump legal team should have done something else, doesnt mean that you are right. 07-coffee3

"Dealing with facts" -- really? I mean, you simply made up the Rules of Procedure **** to try and tag me with. Where in the 'fact' world did that come from, pardner?

To the issue at hand, having had been nose deep large complex litigation for a decent portion of my history, I would hazard an odd guess that my opinion is a pretty good one.

Consider this:

So, we have lost all these documents, and we dont want them to be reviewed by the DOJ. It is safe bet that a scad of people are already tearing into the items. What are the best choices for the client:

a) get a preliminary injunction right away to stop the action;
b) file to have a Special Master take over the job right away; or
c) lets wait two weeks and hope the DOJ simply doesnt open the boxes, and then file for a Special Master.

Which one of those sounds the stupidest to you? Kind of idiotic 07-coffee3 meme right back atcha, amigo.

Actually, thats an opinion right there and you are just insinuating.

But hey, has Trump been arrested yet? 07-coffee3

Funny, I thought you dealt only 'in facts'. That last sentence is pretty much 100% shallow non-sequitor followed by your +4 magic emoji --- more power to you, amigo. But, not the 'just the facts' that you proudly strut like a peacock above.

And, by the way, as for teh first sentencem, when you read the Trump motion and reply thoroughly, that *is* what they say and ask for. Funny that.

For a guy that says he 'deal[s] in facts', in one post you simply make up a rhetorical and false question, and then follow it up with a comment saying 'that is an opinion', when, that is what Trump's filings ask for. And then end with a shallow non sequitor. And that killer end emoji.

Kind of a horrible scorecard for a guy that says he 'deal[s] in facts'. Maybe that emoji you wield like a knife changes that score some.

All I know is that there are a lot of empty folders that ostensibly held *something*. I dont have a clue what happened to the contents.

A lot of them were in the infamous box 2 (the photo that got Trump irked). Maybe the contents of the folders are in the Time magazines in that box.

The empty folders means the fbi is the modern gestapo. Got it.

That logic leap is quite the construct.
