The FBO/DOJ had to update their inventory list again, so they've been too busy cleaning up their screwed up case to file charges yet. . Apparently, they removed a couple of folders that they said had classified markings. No mention as to why they lied about it in the first place. or if they were the folders that were shown in the photos that caused tanq to pee his pants and miscount the number of documents marked classified.
