No, in my view, the raid was perfectly fine the moment I saw that it was a months long process and was signed off on by a judge. Until it's shown otherwise, the DOJ/FBI/Judge are also presumed innocent if you will. And that was further bolstered by the undisputed facts that they found exactly what they were looking for. They clearly had credible witnesses within trump world.
Former elected officials can break the law too...you're basically arguing that any warrant served on one is political. God help our country if that becomes any sort of precedent.
You're going to have a HELLUVA time trying to make the case that any rights of trump were violated when a warrant was issued by a judge and they told the SS in advance that they were coming to preform the search, which trump actually watched online in NY.

What you're asking for is just ridiculous. And pretty sure that's not how this works in any case and likely never has. Further, how on earth can you insist that they didn't establish any probable cause when they ******* found exactly what they said he had, classified information. They laid out a mountain of information for the judge, unredacted, and he agreed. Since when is this process a public one? Especially since this particular one deals with classified information? Even if you believe the idiotic new assertion that trump declassified all the stuff via thought, the stuff was still awash in unredacted sensitive information!

And the fact that literally a hundred or so of the items being searched for in this case were found in the basement, and a number more packed in a box in the office along with some Time magazine mementos, speaks fairly loudly as to the accuracy of the underlying warrant in this particular instance.
Kind of a small fact that kind of makes your excuse not so viable.
