Well when these "apes on roids" as you stated are dealing with the complete trash that they find themselves having to deal with on a daily basis,..... something has to give. Scott determined his own fate!

The Scott family are handling themselves at a higher level than the "I cant breathe" and "Hands up don't shoot crowd". However, the reality is that the police are here to enforce the laws and are not here to be disrespected by irresponsible men like their son, Walter.

Voluntary manslaughter or 2nd degree murder. I usually defend the cop in these situations, but this one is indefensible from what I see on the video.

See you are being emotional about the situation. Making a decision on just a piece of the entire piece of the situation and argument. It is sad that Scott lost his life. But the Officer did not react this way for NO REASON. That's the details that aren't on a cell phone video.
