I don’t understand how this is anti-Semitic. Are you not allow to say anything against Israel? Isn’t pretty much every politician advocating positions because they get money for doing so?

I don't see anything anti-Semitic there. Though nowadays any references to Israel that aren't positive get labelled as anti-Semitic.

Is that really all either of you “got” from the anti-semites comments?

Really?

It's their programming...

I've changed my mind on her resignation, done a 180, and now support her for leadership roles. I want her on Anderson Cooper and Maddow every night. I want Ilhan Omar to be the face of the democratic party.

Thomas Jefferson takes a slow roll in his grave.....

hell, he'd have shot her on sight and walked away....

When Omar said that people that criticized her would likely be labelled as anti-Muslim, she's saying the truth. She's not saying that's how it should be. I don't understand Latz's issue with that. And she's also right that there are a lot of groups giving money to politicians. In my opinion, it's excessive.

I guess you chose to ignore my posts? She was dog whistling to the anti Semites that the Jews were "at it again" trying to buy up power and influence with their "dirty Jew money". THIS is what the Nazi's promoted as an excuse to go after the Jews. Sadly, the Nazi party wasn't alone in their way of thinking, because the reality is that virtually ALL OF EUROPE (and much of the U.S.A.) had views sympathetic to the Nazi's. The only reason why the Nazi's are abhorred today is because they took their hate of the jews too far and put into action the Final Solution.

Frankly, I don't understand how you can't see this?

I saw your posts but you didn't list any other statements that she actually made other than that one in the article. What else did she say?

That wasn't the point of my posts. You didn't seem to understand how the statement she made in the OP link could be considered anti semitic. I gave you the context for why those types of gross generalizations about Jewish groups spending money are routinely made by anti semites.
That's one of the generational issues Miko. The kids of the last 25 years or so have never been exposed to the kinds of anti Semitic stereotypes. It's part of the multi-cultural sanitizing of history. Don't teach them the past abuse and they swallow the globalist agenda. The nation of Israel must not be seen as oppressed otherwise they would merit empathy. Instead they have to be painted into the White European and White American milieu so that they too may be targeted yet again!

I've dealt literally with hundreds of the recently educated and can understand why he fails to have a link to the illustrations you cite. Your past and my past have been carefully erased in the classroom. No more Western Civilization, no more logic, and only selected vignettes from post WWII America and precious little prior to WWII and all of it painted from a specific point of view.

We are going to rue the day we quit being interested in what our children were being taught. We've been too preoccupied with making a living and the distractions of life and have failed in our parental responsibilities to make sure that our children were taught the truth.

In the 80's I took on one of my daughter's history teachers who openly told his class that the Republicans had been responsible for starting every war that the U.S. had been in and that the Republicans were responsible for the dropping of the atomic bombs on Japan. After confronting the idiot and getting nowhere I took him before his principle who informed him that I was correct that Wilson, Roosevelt, Kennedy/Johnson had been responsible for getting the nation involved in their respective wars and that Truman had given the approval for the atomic bomb drops and Korea. A letter of reprimand was placed in his file, but as a tenured State employee his services were retained. I was noted as having been the only parent who had objected.

Heh, I know what you mean, but... No.
People like IAO have a toxic/destructive influence not only within their own political party but also in their home state (Minnesota in her case), the overall House, and the broader society. Politically we should do whatever we can do marginalize then and render them impotent and irrelevant.

I said many times during the campaign last year that — while I was hoping for McSally to win — Kyrsten Sinema would still be a huge improvement on that loathsome quisling, Jeff Flake. I’m happy to stand by that claim now.
