They have about 10 wing players. It was dumb of him to sign with the Lake SHow.
It was a bad fit, not sure how Baze thought he would fit. One guy playing defense, with a bunch of HOF'rs playing like it's a All-Star game. It doesn't help Baze's shooting has been way off. Last year he was hitting 41% from 3, this year 30%.

That's in line with what I have witnessed in a few of the games I have seen this season. His shots have been off and being a professional at his position, with his number of years in the league, I find it odd that he can't shoot any better than he has. I feel like I am watching an ODU game when watching him shoot a brick from 3.

I guess he has been in the league long enough to get some retirement benefits from it later in life? Hope so anyway.

Baze has made more than $75 million in his career. I sincerely hope he has enough to live on for a few years. Then, if he waits until he's 62 to collect his pension, that will pay north of $200k per year.
I think Rotimi got the start today!
TH and the WFT are having a terrible 1st qrt

The only thing I can think of is that he thought that Lebron James and Anthony Davis would be his ticket to a championship. Ironically, the Warriors, with whom he played for last year, are looking great and are first place while the Lakers are struggling.

The nba season doesn’t even start until Christmas. Long way to go.
Matt Quatraro being interviewed for Mets Managerial post. That would be pretty cool.
Fulgham was released by the Dolphins yesterday.

Unfortunate turn of events for him. I really wanted him to be a Steeler but with Big Ben out of the door and rumors of AR coming in i am not sure if Tomlin is gonna go shopping now esp if Rodgers demands his fav receivers come with him.

Lakers have won 3 straight and 7 of their last 10. Way too early write any team off, no matter what the talking heads say.

Showalter got the job. 03-banghead
@Ourlads_Sy: #WashingtonFootball DE Bunmi Rotimi turning heads. 29 career snaps before last week (12/12). Then career high 44.

Tonight a sack vs PHI. Raw player from Old Dominion, 0 D-I offers out of high school. Late bloomer with elite size-tools. Flashed in 2016/2017, had knee issues.
Ahmad got the call up to the Indiana Pacers via a COVID hardship waiver. Big deal for him in general but especially since the Pacers are selling soon. If he plays well and they trade some big names out, spots will open up.
Jay Harris doing the Rose Bowl Parade on ABC. Rockin' the blue and white tie.

One of the things I don't like about MLB, teams hiring retread managers.
Ever since a kid I never understood hiring retreads. Hard for anyone else to break into the inner circle and maybe that's the point.

Used to be the same way in Hockey too. Scotty Bowen and Claude Julienne would wear out their welcome at whatever team and then get hired by another one and then have the welcome mat yanked out from under them there too.
