Well I see that we did not get anyone on the Pre-season CUSA team. It seems that we just haven't shaken the "new kid on the block" sentiment yet in just about every sport. That's fine. New season starts on Friday.
We have had a couple of recruiting classes now with the new facility improvements, and they are continuing. Hopefully we will start seeing better results on the field. Looking forward to seeing what we have this year.
Actually it's next Friday, the 17th. They have some freshmen arms they seem happy about and some solid returners. Lost a good bit in the field though. Got a lot of transfers too.

Today, I went to Lamberts Point to hit the range and I noticed no work has been done to build the new deck along the first base line. For some reason, I thought it would be ready for this season. Anyone know when they're going to start construction?

No start date was given when they announced the addition. I also thought they would have it ready for this season.

Zach was great and pretty consistent last year. I wouldn't be surprised to see him at the top of the conference in May.
