RE: U of M football being investigated again
In other news, the UofM admin is said to be satisfied that the coaching staff did nothing wrong and is moving quickly to lock in Jimbo's contract extension.

Even in the best spin on this, Stalions going rogue and working alone (which I don't believe), there is no way there weren't some coaches who knew something was up. And ultimately the head coach is responsible for his staff.

RE: U of M football being investigated again
It doesn't matter. He'll take the extension, but he's gone for the NFL after the season. He's been trying to go to the NFL for years but never got an offer. He'll get an offer after this season, barring a massive collapse, and he's insulted that the school withdrew its initial offer and the word got out.

Nobody holds a grudge like Harbaugh.

Don't be so sure.

Supposedly ownership in both Chicago and Las Vegas think highly of him.

RE: U of M football being investigated again
I don’t get why (if true) CMU is doing the investigation into if that was Stalions. CMU football staff should be able to clearly identify who has passes for their sideline. Plus he was mingling with CMU staff. Most likely he was giving intel to CMU on MSU. I would think MSU would be doing the investigation as it was their stadium and most likely involves them since they are the rival school.

I still have doubts CMU’s mystery man is Stalions. Though I wish it were for pure entertainment sake, lol.

Coming across an array of photos and while there are strong similarities it’s not a dead ringer.

However it is odd how they can’t identify him.

I think we're now to the point that the funniest outcome would be CMU taking this long to investigate for it to turn out to be a GA afterall.

I think we all know how the NCAA works and the inevitable outcome of this entire thing will be Michigan suspending staff members from recruiting off campus or some nonsense and CMU getting hit with a failure to monitor and two year postseason ban.

That is my thought as well.

The guy in the pictures is either a CMU coaching staff member (including GA), Football Ops guy, Equipment staff member, or part of Training Staff.

Or somebody that doesn't belong there.

It shouldn't be that hard for them to figure out.

Exactly. Shouldn’t be hard. But he was in full CMU staff gear which typically comes from the equipment staff. Plus it’s the first game of year so apparel yet is not known. He either knew someone internally to get all that gear. Or he whacked someone outside and took it. Not to mention the actual credential to get on sideline.

Expect nothing as B10 Commissioner knows if he suspends UM it will cost the league $$ millions.

RE: U of M football being investigated again
There are some garbage rumors circulating around social media that Stalions was on the WMU sideline when we played at MSU in 2022 (blurry distant photos of a young white dude with shoes not matching others... yeah, that's what they're going with). Nothing with traction. But that said, hope our athletic department is keeping an eye on this and staying ahead of it before it becomes a "thing."

A couple ESPN reporters think the Big Ten will suspend Michigan/Harbaugh, Michigan will sue and get an injunction, and the Big Ten will eventually drop it. That way, no one is happy.

RE: U of M football being investigated again
The simplest solution is they lose to penn state and Ohio state. Then we can forget about them and they get punished in a year from the NCAA
