(You know, the audit which Tom denies was ordered by a judge, despite posting the url which showed the judge ordering the audit)
Some of this is going to be a shock to Tom who swears MI doesnt do adjudication, and he says he should know because he lives there.
1. That manual or digital ballot adjudication sensitivity was set at a whopping 68%, kicking out most of the ballots for external adjudication
2. The adjudication logs for 2020 were destroyed, even though logs for previous years are still available. This makes it impossible to determine who did the adjudicating.
3. That Dominion vote-counting machines are used in 47 other counties in MI, indeed they are in wide use across the nation, and that what happened in Antrim County could have happened anywhere.
For now we are going to focus on the top two. Now, Tom says MI doesnt do adjudication, but that would be a surprise to both MI and dominion systems, as the machine which underwent the audit had adjudication logs for prior elections. Tom actually doesnt know, and relied on a statement from Dominion Systems which confused him. Dominion basically states that MI doesnt do digital adjudication. They were trying to hoodwink people into thinking there is no adjudication process in MI therefore dominions adjudication process can not be an issue. And Tom swallowed the hood wink.
THe thought that a state, who uses preprinted ballots that must be marked and scanned, doesnt do adjudication is something only an idiot who is easily fooled would believe. Well, meet Tom.
So, Dominion says MI doesnt do DIGITAL adjudication. That may or may not be the case. I dont know. But there;s two problems with that statement as found in the forensic audit.
#1: The digital/manual adjudication rate for the machine was set to 68%, which meant a shitload of ballots should have been sent to adjudication. But if MI doesnt do digital adjudication, then that number should be set to 0%. (Unless dominion is saying since MI doesnt do digital adjudication, these went to the far more dangerous MANUAL adjudication queue. )
#2: with a high number of ballots set by the machine to go to adjudication, it is highly disturbing to know that the machines's adjudication logs are missing. This means nobody knows HOW they were adjudicated. We just know that the machine was configured to send a large volume of them to adjudication.
So, I'll put you down in the category of those who believe Minnesota is Michigan.
AGAIN, the 68% rate from this fake audit firm is not rejected ballots, nor were they ballots sent for adjudication. And as was explained to you in my previous post by an actual expert.
Quote:Halderman's new analysis said Ramsland arrived at the 68% figure by examining the scanner log of a Nov. 6 re-scan of ballots in Central Lake Township, a township in Antrim County. The log included 15,676 lines with Ramsland classifying 10,667 as errors, equaling a 68% "error rate."
But the 68% finding is "meaningless," said Halderman, who is also co-chair of Michigan’s Election Security Advisory Commission. Scanning a single ballot produces multiple lines in the log, "often including many benign warnings or errors," he said.
"This means that the fraction of lines that are errors does not represent a fraction of ballots or votes, the entities for which an error rate would be relevant," Halderman said.
The professor included the image of log error notices and ballot "reversed" notices.
"The warning messages relate to benign instances where ballots did not feed into the scanner correctly and were ejected (“reversed”) for the voter to try again," Halderman wrote. "This is analogous to a vending machine returning a dollar bill that was inserted incorrectly."
Further, Antrim County does not even have the Dominion software for adjudication which this fake audit firm assumes happened based upon an "error" rate they don't even understand...much like the difference between Minnesota and Michigan!
Quote:He also examined Ramsland's claim that a "staggering number of votes required adjudication," a suggestion that ballot selections could have been changed once they were in adjudication.
"There are several problems with this theory," Halderman said. "First, adjudication occurs after ballots are scanned and poll tapes are printed. In Antrim County, the final reported results match the poll tapes in essentially all cases. Therefore, the final results could not have been altered using adjudication."
In addition, the adjudication functionality was not enabled at all in Antrim County during the November 2020 election, and Antrim did not purchase the application, Halderman said.
"Far from a 'staggering number' of ballots being adjudicated, the actual number was zero," Halderman said. "Therefore, Mr. Ramsland’s theories are completely inapplicable to the incident in Antrim County."
Michigan expert debunks infamous report on Antrim County election as 'meaningless'
So again, there was no adjudication with Dominion because they didn't even have the Dominion application to do so. Translation for those challenged by geography, this means that the fake audit report is complete bull****.
Finally, again, you don't even know how they vote in the Michigan counties with Dominion software. YOU fill out a preprinted ballot and YOU put the ballot in the machine. The machine tabulates your vote and provides a paper tally printout. Nobody adjudicates these ballots as explained above. That would take place later, aside from any Dominion software because again, the county had not even purchased that application from Dominion. Once again, showing your fake audit firm as worthless...but hey...keep on believing them since it fits your lies.
Lastly, we have actual proof that the Dominion machines correctly counted the ballots scanned when the voter inserted them because the county actually did a manual hand recount of the original ballots.
Quote:The recount affirmed Trump's victory in Antrim. The county's certified results showed Trump won the county. A total of 15,949 votes were cast, of which Trump won 9,748 votes while President-elect Joe Biden won 5,960, according to the certified results.
According to the preliminary results of Thursday's hand recount, Biden had 5,959 votes, or one fewer than the certified results showed. Trump had 9,759 votes, or 11 more than the certified results showed, giving him a net gain of 12 votes.
Antrim County hand tally affirms certified election results
Yep. Finally certified the correct numbers, which were the fifth ones reported. The first report was reversed and gave Biden 61% from that county. The person who ran the county then went back and pulled the tapes showing Trump won the county.
It took 5 iterations to get the reporting correct. The report seems to be chalking it up to operator error and ballot changes.
That these types of errors occur is disturbing. The system is prone to human error and manipulation.
These types or errors should only occur if MULITPLE people violated MULTIPLE procedures. There is no such thing as a tabulation error, that Tom keeps clinging to. At a miniumum it would have been "multiple people violated multiple procedure steps". Which is why we need to find out what really happened.
One of the earliest Antrim excuses that came out was that they were afraid they had "misbagged" the usb sticks that had the votes before the took them to the tabulator. This makes me want to know how the tabulator works, because that makes it sound like someone puts in a usb stick and says all of these votes are for this particular candidate at the tabulator. If thats the case, that is another huge hole that is rife for errors.
