Tell me, do you also believe this is what happened?

(01-26-2021 03:11 PM)UofMstateU Wrote:  Easy. The forensic audit turned up that 68% of the ballots scanned by that machine were rejected and went to adjudication. Adjudication is a manual process where the original ballots are sent to a single unmonitored workstation where an employee attempts to determine voter intent. That one unmonitored person then corrects the ballot, reprints the ballot corrected, and sends the original ballot to be destroyed.

Hint: It's all lies. I called him out on and he's yet to provide any source for this nonsense, yet alone man up for the lies he just pulled out of his ass.

One more time, reeeeeeeeeeBoy. The 68% number is what the forensic audit turned up, and the court agreed to release. (although some worked hard on it not getting released)

This is not what happened. The judge himself imposed a restriction on the release of the report as he wanted it reviewed before release. There was a court hearing in which he agreed to release the report with redactions of any personal information of those who actually conducted the audit and prepared the report. The only objections from the state were to those who were talking about the report before it was officially released in violation of the gag order and for the state to have a chance to review it before the lies and misinformation started. And the state withdrew their objections and agreed to the release.
https://www.freep.com/story/news/politic...537004002/

And again, the 68% "error" rate was not rejected ballots sent to adjudication as an expert who knows the difference between Minnesota and Michigan explains here:

Quote:Halderman's new analysis said Ramsland arrived at the 68% figure by examining the scanner log of a Nov. 6 re-scan of ballots in Central Lake Township, a township in Antrim County. The log included 15,676 lines with Ramsland classifying 10,667 as errors, equaling a 68% "error rate."

But the 68% finding is "meaningless," said Halderman, who is also co-chair of Michigan’s Election Security Advisory Commission. Scanning a single ballot produces multiple lines in the log, "often including many benign warnings or errors," he said.

"This means that the fraction of lines that are errors does not represent a fraction of ballots or votes, the entities for which an error rate would be relevant," Halderman said.

The professor included the image of log error notices and ballot "reversed" notices.

"The warning messages relate to benign instances where ballots did not feed into the scanner correctly and were ejected (“reversed”) for the voter to try again," Halderman wrote. "This is analogous to a vending machine returning a dollar bill that was inserted incorrectly."
Michigan expert debunks infamous report on Antrim County election as 'meaningless'

(04-14-2021 03:11 PM)UofMstateU Wrote:  The next part is where I explained the dominion systems adjudication process. This was covered by affadavits which said in some of the locations that the adjudicators werent in the same room and were unmonitored by party officials.

And to your claim about adjudication...more on that later...again this partisan "audit" firm is ignorant of what actually happened in Antrim County as explained here by an expert who knows the difference between Minnesota and Michigan:

Quote:He also examined Ramsland's claim that a "staggering number of votes required adjudication," a suggestion that ballot selections could have been changed once they were in adjudication.

"There are several problems with this theory," Halderman said. "First, adjudication occurs after ballots are scanned and poll tapes are printed. In Antrim County, the final reported results match the poll tapes in essentially all cases. Therefore, the final results could not have been altered using adjudication."

In addition, the adjudication functionality was not enabled at all in Antrim County during the November 2020 election, and Antrim did not purchase the application, Halderman said.

"Far from a 'staggering number' of ballots being adjudicated, the actual number was zero," Halderman said. "Therefore, Mr. Ramsland’s theories are completely inapplicable to the incident in Antrim County."
Michigan expert debunks infamous report on Antrim County election as 'meaningless'

But go ahead...show me one affidavit for Antrim County......

(04-14-2021 03:11 PM)UofMstateU Wrote:  One more time for you; the way dominion systems works is that you vote electronically, THEN your ballot is not counted. Instead it is printed out and scanned, which then counts the vote. If the scan doesnt work, it goes to adjuducation. In adjudication, someone determines voter intent, they then reselect the votes, and a new ballot is printed out and the old one is sent to be destroyed. This means the adjuducated vote will match in any recounts, because the original ballot no longer exists, but was replaced by the new ballot.

For absentee ballots, it works the same way, except that the electronic vote doesnt occur.

Okay, here's where this gets REALLY embarrassing for you. As the expert explained above, Antrim County...and most counties in Michigan...don't even use adjudication. So you really don't know how voting worked in Michigan, do you? Of course you don't...and you're talking out of your ass again.

I live in Michigan skippy...and here's a map of Michigan explaining what each county uses...and my county uses the exact same equipment as Antrim County as does most counties in Michigan.
https://michigan.maps.arcgis.com/apps/we...661b599c2f

And no, there is no printed ballot. Again, you're just making **** up. When you vote in Michigan in person in a Dominion County, you show your ID, fill out a card, and you're given a preprinted paper ballot that you fill out with a pen in bubbles, you know like the tests you took in school? Then YOU scan that ballot into the dominion tabulator machine. As the expert explained, the errors that this fake "audit" firm found are equivalent to a vending machine spitting out a dollar bill...LOL

Lastly, this "audit" firm was just reviewing computer logs well after the election. They were not there when any vote was scanned or counted. So how exactly can they say what votes might have been sent for adjudication or how that process would have even taken place? And again, the counties using Dominion in Michigan don't even use adjudication as the actual expert explained above.

But, feel free to provide the affidavits from Antrim County where this was supposedly witnessed.

So to summarize, no, there was not one unsupervised guy in Antrim County adjudicating ballots...determining on his own voter intent, filling out new ballots on his own, nor feeding ballots back through a tabulator, much less destroying the original ballot as you originally lied about.

And again, this is all complete lunacy anyway as the recount and receipts for Antrim County all support the final certified tally in which trump won the county by about the exact same margin as he did in 2016.

You should really stop embarrassing yourself. If a moron like my can so easily make you look like a fool...well....

Perhaps you need a vacation? 03-wink

05-bump

You still have not addressed the expert in here as of yet. But a valiant attempt to deflect this into a bunch of questions on PA and WI that nodoby gives a **** about. 03-wink

who you? the guy that didnt know MI performed adjudication?

lulz

RE: Election Update from Arizona
Here's a quick summary of the things the forensic audit in Antrim County found, and that was never denied by dominion or MI. (You know, the audit which Tom denies was ordered by a judge, despite posting the url which showed the judge ordering the audit)

Some of this is going to be a shock to Tom who swears MI doesnt do adjudication, and he says he should know because he lives there.

1. That manual or digital ballot adjudication sensitivity was set at a whopping 68%, kicking out most of the ballots for external adjudication

2. The adjudication logs for 2020 were destroyed, even though logs for previous years are still available. This makes it impossible to determine who did the adjudicating.

3. That Dominion vote-counting machines are used in 47 other counties in MI, indeed they are in wide use across the nation, and that what happened in Antrim County could have happened anywhere.

For now we are going to focus on the top two. Now, Tom says MI doesnt do adjudication, but that would be a surprise to both MI and dominion systems, as the machine which underwent the audit had adjudication logs for prior elections. Tom actually doesnt know, and relied on a statement from Dominion Systems which confused him. Dominion basically states that MI doesnt do digital adjudication. They were trying to hoodwink people into thinking there is no adjudication process in MI therefore dominions adjudication process can not be an issue. And Tom swallowed the hood wink.

THe thought that a state, who uses preprinted ballots that must be marked and scanned, doesnt do adjudication is something only an idiot who is easily fooled would believe. Well, meet Tom.

So, Dominion says MI doesnt do DIGITAL adjudication. That may or may not be the case. I dont know. But there;s two problems with that statement as found in the forensic audit.

#1: The digital/manual adjudication rate for the machine was set to 68%, which meant a shitload of ballots should have been sent to adjudication. But if MI doesnt do digital adjudication, then that number should be set to 0%. (Unless dominion is saying since MI doesnt do digital adjudication, these went to the far more dangerous MANUAL adjudication queue. )

#2: with a high number of ballots set by the machine to go to adjudication, it is highly disturbing to know that the machines's adjudication logs are missing. This means nobody knows HOW they were adjudicated. We just know that the machine was configured to send a large volume of them to adjudication.

So, I'll put you down in the category of those who believe Minnesota is Michigan. 03-rotfl

AGAIN, the 68% rate from this fake audit firm is not rejected ballots, nor were they ballots sent for adjudication. And as was explained to you in my previous post by an actual expert.

Further, Antrim County does not even have the Dominion software for adjudication which this fake audit firm assumes happened based upon an "error" rate they don't even understand...much like the difference between Minnesota and Michigan!

So again, there was no adjudication with Dominion because they didn't even have the Dominion application to do so. Translation for those challenged by geography, this means that the fake audit report is complete bull****.

Finally, again, you don't even know how they vote in the Michigan counties with Dominion software. YOU fill out a preprinted ballot and YOU put the ballot in the machine. The machine tabulates your vote and provides a paper tally printout. Nobody adjudicates these ballots as explained above. That would take place later, aside from any Dominion software because again, the county had not even purchased that application from Dominion. Once again, showing your fake audit firm as worthless...but hey...keep on believing them since it fits your lies.

Lastly, we have actual proof that the Dominion machines correctly counted the ballots scanned when the voter inserted them because the county actually did a manual hand recount of the original ballots.

Quote:The recount affirmed Trump's victory in Antrim. The county's certified results showed Trump won the county. A total of 15,949 votes were cast, of which Trump won 9,748 votes while President-elect Joe Biden won 5,960, according to the certified results.

According to the preliminary results of Thursday's hand recount, Biden had 5,959 votes, or one fewer than the certified results showed. Trump had 9,759 votes, or 11 more than the certified results showed, giving him a net gain of 12 votes.

Yep. Finally certified the correct numbers, which were the fifth ones reported. The first report was reversed and gave Biden 61% from that county. The person who ran the county then went back and pulled the tapes showing Trump won the county.

It took 5 iterations to get the reporting correct. The report seems to be chalking it up to operator error and ballot changes.

Just to clarify, they never certified any incorrect numbers. The error made by the clerk was found before canvassing even took place...and the canvas would have caught the error regardless.

Your "expert" has an issue. He cant say what happened or how many went to adjudication because the adjudication logs for the 2020 election are missing. DId your "expert" believe that was a problem?

Quote:Further, Antrim County does not even have the Dominion software for adjudication which this fake audit firm assumes happened based upon an "error" rate they don't even understand...

Incorrect, as you are still hoodwinked by the dominion response. MI doesnt have or use the DIGITAL ADJUDICATON software. What this means is that if ballots are set to go to digital adjudication (and the machine threshold was set at 68% as confirmed by the forensic audit) and you dont have digital adjudication, it goes to MANUAL ADJUDICATION, which is where all of the bad unmonitored stuff happens. SO stop saying MI doesnt do adjudication. Only a numbnut would think they dont.

Your "expert" tried to say that the forensic audit didnt understand the logs. Thats actually irrelevant, as noone knows what happened without the adjudication logs, even your "expert". And those are missing for 2020, even though they are present for other elections. ANy expert who simply blows off missing adjudication logs for the election they are commenting on is full of sh*t.

Yeah...no...fool.

First, I haven't read the Dominion response in months.
Second, this fake audit does not at all say what you're claiming above.

There is no setting on the tabulator machines to a adjudicate ballots at a rate of 68%. 03-lol So again, you're just making **** up.

In fact, the fake audit report actually says this:

Quote:Most of the errors were related to configuration errors that could result in overall tabulation errors or adjudication. These 11/6/2020 tabulation totals were used as the official results.
https://assets.documentcloud.org/documen...report.pdf

So they don't even have the first clue how many votes at some point might have went to adjudication anyway...much less claiming that 68% of them did as you for some idiotic reason are! In fact, the report only correctly states that all write-in ballots would go to adjudication, which makes perfect sense as the machines can't determine what a voter wrote in by hand on on a ballot to a 100% certainty.

And again, as the actual expert explained, Antrim County doesn't even have the dominion adjudication software and it doesn't occur when the ballots are fed into the counter by the voter anyway! Meaning Dominion had absolutely nothing to do with that part of the process so their machines would of course not show anything for it!

Bottom line, the hand recount of ballots confirmed the certified paper trail from the dominion tabulators, proving they counted all votes correctly.

I'm done with your continual nonsense on this. And no I'm not running away from this thread...I'm just not going to keep playing your ridiculous game here about Michigan. When something breaks on Arizona, I'll comment appropriately then.

Good day.

Good day.

Before you leave, maybe you can tell everyone here whether or not MI does adjudication. I mean, you live there and all.....

Here's a reenactment of TOm getting pulled out of the "there was never an audit ordered in MI" ditch only to jump head first into the "MI doesnt do adjudication" ditch.

But remember folks, he lives there.

03-lmfao

So, I'll put you down in the category of those who believe Minnesota is Michigan. 03-rotfl

AGAIN, the 68% rate from this fake audit firm is not rejected ballots, nor were they ballots sent for adjudication. And as was explained to you in my previous post by an actual expert.

Further, Antrim County does not even have the Dominion software for adjudication which this fake audit firm assumes happened based upon an "error" rate they don't even understand...much like the difference between Minnesota and Michigan!

Antrim County hand tally affirms certified election results

That these types of errors occur is disturbing. The system is prone to human error and manipulation.

These types or errors should only occur if MULITPLE people violated MULTIPLE procedures. There is no such thing as a tabulation error, that Tom keeps clinging to. At a miniumum it would have been "multiple people violated multiple procedure steps". Which is why we need to find out what really happened.

One of the earliest Antrim excuses that came out was that they were afraid they had "misbagged" the usb sticks that had the votes before the took them to the tabulator. This makes me want to know how the tabulator works, because that makes it sound like someone puts in a usb stick and says all of these votes are for this particular candidate at the tabulator. If thats the case, that is another huge hole that is rife for errors.

I believe AZ is already in the works in passing a law to prevent outside sources like facebook from paying for election workers and services in the state.

Kind of weird this wasnt disclosed in GA, although it explains a lot.

All the ruling states is that the voters were not allowed to get an absentee ballot without a photo ID. It said nothing about being against the constitution to mail them one with or without their request.

And here's your claim. None of what you claimed is backed up by this ruling.

Cutting though all of your other garbage:

It was ruled, as you confirmed, that they could not get an absentee ballot without a photo id. Those that were mailed without a request did not provide a photo id.

I have no idea why you dont under stand this. Then again you dont believe MI does adjudication. So you are gullible.

When you request an absentee ballot in WI, you must also show your id. Then you are given an absentee ballot that you can fill out and mail in. WI didnt do that, and instead mailed absentee ballots to everyone, which is unconstitutional in WI.

In other words, they broke the law. Even worse, they broke their own constitution. And they knew they were.
