Election Update from Arizona
The Arizona legislature is not backing off getting to the bottom of the election fraud claims.

Subpoenas had been issued for all items related to Maricopa County elections, i.e. voting machines, software, ballots, data, etc.

Election Commission refused to comply.

Court ruled that the court does not have jurisdiction and that jurisdiction lies with the state legislature alone to subpoena and enforce.

That caused some confusion. Further research shows that is actually true. And it's true in all 50 states individually.

The state legislature is now working on its own subpoenas and will force the election commission to comply, even if it means taking commissioners into custody.

Various state legislators have been in contact with legislators from other states who are also interested in getting to the bottom of the issue.

The total number of states in question is actually 17, not 6 that the news tells us about.

The problem is identifying a bogus ballot after it got dumped into the system. Unless they can find concrete proof that machines flipped votes, I don't see how they climb this mountain.

The only realistic way to stop the alleged fraud is to catch it ahead of time.

You kidding? With the leftists in charge and Chinese money flow unfettered, they will embed it deeper so that it is more rampant in more states........

Just remember - it’s who counts the votes that’s important.

Every election that Trump lost is a fraud and rigged. There is a pattern here.

People who have nothing to hide generally comply with legal subpoenas. Those guilty like Hillary Clinton don’t.

Let’s see if they do something or as per usual, twiddle their thumbs. Republican majority legislatures seem to be most effective at doing next to nothing.........

It may come down to Texas. Lots of states would follow their lead.

If we end up finding something amiss---I honestly think the fraud will have less to do with the digital manipulation of votes rather than the simple low tech ballot box stuffing using fraudulent mail in ballots.

100% with what he was, by law, required to comply with. Maricopa county, by contrast, is not.

Unless every county election official in the many Republican counties in Georgia is an idiot, it would have been discovered if there were widespread voter manipulation. Some of those counties could have done a recount in an hour totally by hand.

In Georgia, you enter it on a machine. Then you print the ballot. Then you feed that into a different machine. So there is a paper trail. When they did the recount they sorted all the ballots into piles by candidate. I don't know how they counted those stacks, by hand, by a counting machine or by the Dominion machines, but it would take over 130 idiots (159 counties in Georgia) for nobody to count it some way other than by the Dominion machines. So I don't believe there is widespread software voter manipulation.

Adjudication. The process is unmonitored, and destroys the original ballot and creates a new ballot with a different vote.

Yes, but the Republican counties would not have done that. And they also would have noted if there were mass problems.

Voter fraud in Georgia would have been at the county level, not precinct. And there are plenty of crooks in Fulton and Dekalb County. Stacey Abrams had 19 people indicted in her voter registration project for submitting false registrations. Or you could have created fake ballots and counted them after you sent everyone home for the night due to a "water leak."

I think if there is fraud its just a crap load of fraudulent mail in ballots. Its just so much easier to do.

And what will you use as an excuse if they find something?

Will you still be here to answer?
