Tulsa was the last conference win UCONN had, It came in 2017. Tulsa didn't beat another conference team until 2018 where it beat first UCONN and then SMU. SMU then beats USF in 2019, who goes on to beat UCONN and then... East Carolina. Now ECU has beaten USF and it goes back to them.

The lingering does not help, but comparing to what USF had before being left out of the A5 would be more realistic. I am pointing out that the USF fans are giving up for the latter reason.

Sorry that the Bulls fans have to go through a time like this. Hopefully, things will turn around for you before long. I pretty sure that they will.
If it's any comfort to you, Temple FB is going through something very similar, but unlike USF, Temple hasn't "hit bottom" yet, so you might be a step ahead of us in the recovery process!
