Despite new facilities and CC moving the program forward we are still struggling so far with this class to close the recruiting gap. That is the reality Maybe that will change between now and February

The facilities are magnificent, but winning is everything! Losing to Toledo and N Illinois, and W Michigan the majority of Creighton's years simply kill us!!!!! 1 win vs Toledo, 1 win vs W Mich, and zero wins versus N Illinois!!!!!! So in 17 games not counting tomorrow nights game we're 2-15 versus all of them!!!!!!! We beat W Mich, and W Mich if they beat N Illinois next week goes to Detroit, and that's what young people see!!!!!!! Losing to Toledo a few weeks back hurts as well! Creighton won't take any chances on any marginal kids either!

I pretty much like everything Coach Creighton has brought to the program including the type of players he brings in as will as their development

I know recruiting rankings dont matter to him.

All that being said perceptions do matter to Potential recruits and 106 in the nation and 10th in the MAC well....

We should being doing better in recruiting regardless, but I would actually expect any impact the SAPC has to come NEXT recruiting class. By the time this thing actually opened and the public could see it, many recruits were already decided or had other finalists in mind. Need to get kids to see this and get on campus early in the process.

Doesn't mean we couldn't have improved without it, though.

Frank, I generally agree.

Lot of potential recruits come on campus in June for camps. At that time (06/2019) the SAPC was mostly completed but some much of the finishing touches were not complete.

It is true that the 2021 recruiting class will be the first recruiting class to have seen the completed SAPC in their junior years (for high school recruits). As we know, much of the recruiting is done during the recruit's junior year.

Of the eleven or twelve recruits that have verbalized, they are all three star except one. If we get twenty recruits and eighteen are three star, we should be near the top in recruiting. Let's take a deep breath and see what happens.

C'mon guys.... the performance center helps, but every MAC school is going towards this. Glad we have it, but it's not a differentiators. The differentiator is and will be CC telling guys they can come in, work and play early if they are good enough

Well we did well with Dawson LaBarbera and Granger as Defensive tackles but generally your point is valid
