RE: Atlantic Union Bank Center Webcam
The boys are back at work after the Labor Day weekend. One of the large cranes has been driven out of the bowl while another roof truss is being assembled.

The other large crane has been moved back into the bowl and more seating precast sections are being installed.

Awesome shot! It is MASSIVE - I know it has been repeated but it's hard to get a feel for the size until you see it in person, these drone shots are a close second though!

Nice pics. They're from last week but still nice.
As Brian pointed out, roof truss 7 of 8 is almost done - maybe to be place today. About a week's worth of stuff to close up and one more truss to build and place, but all in all it should be under roof by the end of the month. The cranes are officially out of room to work; it's pretty tight in there.

Awesome! Was waiting for a solid drone shot, so thank you!
I can definitely confirm how staggering it is even driving past. I've been checking most of the webcam angles every few days since the beginning, but hadn't been over to see it in person. After the St Francis game I drove out past the Bank. It's enormous. It's also incredibly tall as you're driving up from the old Convo because it's up the hill from the road. It's extremely impressive and no amount of photos can do it justice. You really need to see it in person. I'd love to know the building footprint of the Bank vs. Costco (since they're across the road from each other). Still, the height was definitely what struck me the most. I mean, it's definitely huge footprint-wise, but it just keeps going up, which compared to the Bunker...I mean...Convo, is sooooo much more impressive.

Roof truss being installed. Lots of crane work going on. Looks like one end of the truss still needs to be assembled to lock it into the side structure.

Looks like the remaining structure for the truss that was just installed is in place. Some additional precast seating also on site in the bowl awaiting installation.

Anyone know where the camera platform locations will be? Facing the single deck side or double deck side?

Brian has been offering lots of updates in this thread... and to me now comes a very interesting part. Looks like the precast for the arena bowl is completely set, except for one section - the only way out for the cranes. Super truss #6 is the only part of the roof that needs built and closed in. The construction geek in me is really curious to see how they back themselves out of there and close the place up as they go. I'd expect the rest of the roof structural steel to be delivered this week.
