Yea, that looks mighty effed up. In the back, from distance, 8 shots.

Now, supposedly the staged professional riots were because on one was charged initially in Zimmerman or Ferguson. Now of course each situation ended up with not guilty or no charges at all, so kind of a stupid argument, really.

But, if this cop is brought in, suspended, and brought up, there should be no more staged riots.

We shall see how true that tale is/was.

Didn't see you here when the Ferguson protester shot two cops. Can't imagine why.

Why is he running and what exactly was going on just before he turned to run? His arms looked outstretched just before he turned.

An officer can shoot you if you run, more or less I should say.

Well, apparently he wasn't entirely unarmed. Supposedly a struggle with the cop after a traffic stop for a tail light and he got the cops stun gun/tazer.

Does that justify this? I wouldn't think so, but I'm no cop nor lawyer, thankfully.

Agree. If the policeman is charged with murder, why would there be riots? If there is evidence he committed a crime, he needs to be charged and have a trial. If guilty, he needs to be put away.

Too much hate in this world. Your evil ways won't work on me ERC. I posted this because hate begets hate. People are going to turn this against good people. Those two cops who were shot during the protests didn't deserve it. Neither did this black man. Somehow someway if we are going to move forward in this country the righteous need to speak in unison.

Can an officer shoot to kill if you run? I don't think that is the case in Ohio. Maybe down south but why is he brought up on murder charges then?

I understand you think it's a travesty and I agree with you, based on how it looks right now.

I was being facetious about the rioting. Some on the left are rooting for riots. They thrive on racial division.

A cop can shoot you if you run under the right circumstances, anywhere in the country. It was a cute attempt at a knock but you only embarrassed yourself.

Having charges brought against you does not mean you are guilty. It just means that there is enough to possibly support a conviction.

With the national debate being so jacked up over this right now there was no way there wasn't going to be an indictment. It doesn't mean he committed murder.

If he is found not guilty the same people will cry foul.

My evil ways?? That is funny. Here is the thread about the two cops getting shot in Ferguson. Where is your post in the thread expressing your concern for the two cops shot? Am I just missing it?

I'm not rooting for a riot. I detest violence.

People in Ferguson weren't rioting just because a cop shot someone and killed him. They were rioting because they thought they cop was getting away with murder without even having to go to trial for it. That won't be the case here as the cop has been charged with murder. He will face a jury and will very likely be found guilty based on that video.

The officer said the guy reached for his taser and it does appear at the beginning of the video like they were fighting over something (possibly the taser), but he was ultimately fleeing with nothing in his hands. I can't imagine the cop gets away with no sentence at all.
