Central Catholic is my pick to make it to Columbus.

Sorry, Central got their teeth kicked in by Rogers. Rogers could go all the way.

Tough road for whoever makes it out of Toledo. AW-Rogers winner plays Nordonia - Brecksville winner to get to states. Neither are big names in Ohio b-ball but they play tough ball in NE Ohio.

In the other regions, well, SJJ just got by St. Ed's during season and St. Ed's got their teeth kicked in last game. Mentor and Sterling Heights both playing real tough. Heights has one of the best players in the state. Columbus, three of the four teams I believe have won recent championships in either DI or DII and then there's the Cinci/Dayton area, Toledo's thorn in the side.

Just like that small team from Indiana, years ago, Rogers has set themselves up for potentially the same thing.
This is what makes MARCH MAGIC.

Anthony Wayne played with a bit of that small town magic too. They came back from down over ten, almost did it. Rogers fell asleep a bit in the 4th Q but made their plays and free throws at the end.

Tense game. A LOT of city and TRAC shirts on the Rogers side including SJJ. AW packed their side in blue. The place was rocking. Traffic was a mess, with both crowds generally heading west. They really could have coordinated that better. People heading East :) didn't have any problem.

Next up Brecksville for a chance to go to states.

In OT. Rams really showed their desire and Brecksville was courageous. Brecksville's first least was less than two minutes from the end of the 4th. If you can find a replay on the internet, well worth it. Hope they used a wide angle lens because the basketballs were being launched from FAR out.
