That didnt happen here. You seem to act as though it did somehow.... coool cool.
Read it all retard.... he was accorded due process multiple times and was found to be a gang member 6 years ago. And like I said, he shopped around until a leftist judge let him just.... you know hang out here indefinitely.
First, I suggest sending a link to a full cite. Not a fing one sentence blurb on X.
And lets go through the steps (and Ill send you a full cite to the history instead of your ****** ass link to an X post.
First ---
In the first proceeding, two things of note. The govt accuses Obrego of being an 'active' MS-13 member (a danger to the community), which ostensibly failed. Since a danger to the community would not be a candidate for asylum. Period.
His attorneys claimed, and ICE later confirmed, that the only verification came from a form filled out by the Prince George County Police Department, which based his membership on the fact that "he was wearing a Chicago Bulls hat and a hoodie; and that a confidential informant advised that he was an active member of MS-13 with the Westerns clique" – a group based out of Long Island, New York.
Based on that the immigration judge found him to be associated with MS-13, and then proceeded to allow him status to seek asylum.
The due process afforded to him allowed him to be exempted from immediate deportation as an active member, and further allowed him protected status.
That second clause is highly important, Maxi. The courts allowed him exemption. An expemption that, to be overturned, had to be done with further (drum roll..... ) due process.
Cut to three weeks ago. No due process as to removing the exemption. None. Zero. Zilch. Nada. The executive branch simply fing ignored the results of the due process afforded him earlier. And did so without *any* due process in the later timeframe.
And the stupid fks think that the earlier due process counts. It should. You dont seem to fing realize that the due process afforded him *then* RESULTED in an exemption. Are you that fing dense?
If the Executive Branch wishes to throw Obrego to the El Salvadorans, they should *absolutely* take the requisite steps of due process to overturn the previous findings. Something that doesnt seem to fing click in that skull of yours while you scream 'he was afforded due process'. You dont seem to recognize that that rouond of processs EXEMPTED his removal. Good grief.
Quote:Just like leftist DAs all over this country in leftist shithole cities letting criminals, you know.... Just hang out, killing, raping, and pillaging the shithole blue cities.
The poor gang bangers.... they didn't do nuffin wrong. Get bent.
What part of 'if they can show that with due process, I dont have a problem with deportations of gangbangers' do you NOT understand? That is, of course, the small step of actually showing it I guess....
Nice polemic, rhetorical rant you have above. Unfortunately, it doesnt really apply to anything in the case or cases.
Finally, the issue is removal under the Enemy Aliens Act. If you were bright enough to read the transcript from this case, or the one under Boasberg, you might notice that the judges there have zero problem with removal under other sections, and when removal under other sections has been deemed proper with appropriate due process. Boasberg specifically said the folks in the planes not being deported under the Enemy Aliens were not in question.
What was in question were the number that were being deported under the EA act, and whether those that were being deported under the EA act were being deported properly and with sufficient Due Process.
The issue in Obrego is similar. You squawk he 'was under a deportation order.' That is somewhat of a deceptive statement. There was an ongoing deportation order, but that order was stayed pending a proper asylum determination. You miss that 'on hold' aspect completely -- imagine that.
And that situation does not give a freebie to the Feds to swoop in and send out -- especially considering the asylum hold. No, for purposes of deportation under EA act, there was absolutely no due process afforded Obrego.
Notwithstanding your clownish jumping up and down and throwing phrases around.
If the Feds want to deport him, afford him due process to that effect. Dont violate the previous due process that allowed his exemption to seek asylum without due process in the second round.
I am impressed by your not on point spittle flecked rager against DAs and 'they didnt do nothing wrong'. Even if/when they do something wrong, they should be given that iota of due process to do so. Nice rager on dumping the protections of due process. Pretty awesome point of view there.
