Read it all retard.... he was accorded due process multiple times and was found to be a gang member 6 years ago. And like I said, he shopped around until a leftist judge let him just.... you know hang out here indefinitely.

First, I suggest sending a link to a full cite. Not a fing one sentence blurb on X.

And lets go through the steps (and Ill send you a full cite to the history instead of your ****** ass link to an X post.

First ---

In the first proceeding, two things of note. The govt accuses Obrego of being an 'active' MS-13 member (a danger to the community), which ostensibly failed. Since a danger to the community would not be a candidate for asylum. Period.

His attorneys claimed, and ICE later confirmed, that the only verification came from a form filled out by the Prince George County Police Department, which based his membership on the fact that "he was wearing a Chicago Bulls hat and a hoodie; and that a confidential informant advised that he was an active member of MS-13 with the Westerns clique" – a group based out of Long Island, New York.

Based on that the immigration judge found him to be associated with MS-13, and then proceeded to allow him status to seek asylum.

The due process afforded to him allowed him to be exempted from immediate deportation as an active member, and further allowed him protected status.

That second clause is highly important, Maxi. The courts allowed him exemption. An expemption that, to be overturned, had to be done with further (drum roll..... ) due process.

Cut to three weeks ago. No due process as to removing the exemption. None. Zero. Zilch. Nada. The executive branch simply fing ignored the results of the due process afforded him earlier. And did so without *any* due process in the later timeframe.

And the stupid fks think that the earlier due process counts. It should. You dont seem to fing realize that the due process afforded him *then* RESULTED in an exemption. Are you that fing dense?

If the Executive Branch wishes to throw Obrego to the El Salvadorans, they should *absolutely* take the requisite steps of due process to overturn the previous findings. Something that doesnt seem to fing click in that skull of yours while you scream 'he was afforded due process'. You dont seem to recognize that that rouond of processs EXEMPTED his removal. Good grief.

Quote:Just like leftist DAs all over this country in leftist shithole cities letting criminals, you know.... Just hang out, killing, raping, and pillaging the shithole blue cities.

The poor gang bangers.... they didn't do nuffin wrong. Get bent.

What part of 'if they can show that with due process, I dont have a problem with deportations of gangbangers' do you NOT understand? That is, of course, the small step of actually showing it I guess....

Nice polemic, rhetorical rant you have above. Unfortunately, it doesnt really apply to anything in the case or cases.

Finally, the issue is removal under the Enemy Aliens Act. If you were bright enough to read the transcript from this case, or the one under Boasberg, you might notice that the judges there have zero problem with removal under other sections, and when removal under other sections has been deemed proper with appropriate due process. Boasberg specifically said the folks in the planes not being deported under the Enemy Aliens were not in question.

What was in question were the number that were being deported under the EA act, and whether those that were being deported under the EA act were being deported properly and with sufficient Due Process.

The issue in Obrego is similar. You squawk he 'was under a deportation order.' That is somewhat of a deceptive statement. There was an ongoing deportation order, but that order was stayed pending a proper asylum determination. You miss that 'on hold' aspect completely -- imagine that.

And that situation does not give a freebie to the Feds to swoop in and send out -- especially considering the asylum hold. No, for purposes of deportation under EA act, there was absolutely no due process afforded Obrego.

Notwithstanding your clownish jumping up and down and throwing phrases around.

If the Feds want to deport him, afford him due process to that effect. Dont violate the previous due process that allowed his exemption to seek asylum without due process in the second round.

I am impressed by your not on point spittle flecked rager against DAs and 'they didnt do nothing wrong'. Even if/when they do something wrong, they should be given that iota of due process to do so. Nice rager on dumping the protections of due process. Pretty awesome point of view there.
It's like you've never used a smartphone to swipe up or a mouse to scroll.

I posted more in that single link than you did in your entire post.

He came here illegally, he went through the process, deemed a flight risk, found to have been a gang member... and couldn't prove otherwise, then proceeded to use the good ole Biden faithful asylum excuse to remain here as an illegal.

13 years after he walked into our country illegally.

It's no secret why filthy attorneys like all of these illegals and the endless appeals that they cause.

You missed the system afforded him the right to make his case, which was arbitrarily ignored when he was picked up and tossed into a foreign gulag.

Funny you miss that very important point. Cool cool. Glad you are a-ok with summarily ignoring that.

What other rights are you on board with simply ignoring and with whom?

Maybe treat them like they did grandma Jan 6'ers who were let into the capitol by the police. Cool Cool.

(04-07-2025 11:30 PM)banker Wrote:  If a nation state uses an open border policy as an opportunity to empty its prisons into another country it is certainly an action of that nation to create a predatory incursion. Homicide rates in Venezuela have dropped from 45.6 to 26.2 per 100k over the past 4 years. That’s a pretty strong indicator that they have transported TDA members here in a coordinated manner for their benefit. At the very least, their failure to work to prevent the mass exodus, or properly notify the US of it’s occurrence, makes the nation complicit in the action.

It’s actually a very weak indicator, if at all. In fact, the above is really just a hairsbreadth north of rank speculation.

Again, let me repeat —- I am no fan of TdA. There are a bevy of methods to deport them. Short circuiting the concept of due process is properly reserved for the most grave situations —- formal war, or an informal war marked by an invasion by a nation state.

Use the tried and true methods. They will absolutely work against gangs made of illegal immigrants. I’m disturbed that that is apparently too much of an ask.

And I’m disturbed that a chief executive feels the need to literally sell us poppycock rationales *to* simply bypass due process.

And I’m horribly disturbed that in the Obrego case a ginned up rationale is not just short circuiting due process, but actually undoing previously performed due process.

As a banker, I’m sure you are aware of the safeguards in both accounts confiscation, and the ability of the government to seize both accounts and even full equity in banks at the showing of certain national security events.

Those actions require an amount of due process that is shockingly low —that is on a lesser scale than normal times.

Would you be for or against the seizure of accounts or even full equities of banks with no due process, and simply because a President waves his hands and says there is some very ethereal and highly tenuous connection between the accounts and/or equity ? With no ability of the property owner to present a counter?

It’s a simple question of affording due process. A cornerstone of our little area of life.

He was afforded the right to GTFO out of this country after illegally entering it 13 years ago.

You clowns keep pimping that support for these type of people and see how far that gets you.

Selective deletion of factual issues is never a good sign there, sparky.

Quote:You clowns keep pimping that support for these type of people and see how far that gets you.

Im supporting the right of due process for everyone afforded it under the Constitution, chuckles.

If the previous due process hadnt afforded him the opportunity to seek asylum, or subsequent due process had removed that protection, there wouldnt be an issue about removing him. The important concept is having that due process.

Which was simply short circuited when they unilaterally sent him to the El Salvador shithole *while* he had a legal protection in place. Not that I support him, I support the precedence of applying due process.

Something that you abjectly (and perhaps intentionally) seem to blow right past. Cool cool.

the funny thing is that you are too invested in your position to apply due process considerations. Criminy you are too invested in your position to even acknowledge the legal orer in place that was summarily taken away. That is the funny part. Sad, Still funny though.

Where was all your screaming for the due process of countless J6ers who were provably simply welcomed in and walking around in the capital?

Exactly. Nowhere to be found on that, other that arguing for those US citizens to have their due process stripped away from them because orange man bad and "insurrection".

But here your ready to die on your sword for the due process of gangbanger illegals.

There are no words to describe how FOS your are on virtually everything here, which is why most of us never even read your posts anymore.

As I posted in another thread, due process has limits with aliens.

Quote:The Supreme Court’s jurisprudence indicates that, although aliens present within the United States generally have due process protections, the extent of those constitutional protections may depend on certain factors, including whether the alien has been lawfully admitted or developed ties to the United States, and whether the alien has engaged in specified criminal activity. Therefore, even with regard to aliens present within the United States, the Court has sometimes deferred to Congress’s policy judgments that limit the ability of some classes of aliens to contest their detention or removal.

Funny, last I saw every single one of them had the privilege and right of notice, had the opportunity to cross examine, had the opportunity to defend, and the list goes on.

Quote:Exactly. Nowhere to be found on that, other that arguing for those US citizens to have their due process stripped away from them because orange man bad and "insurrection".

What part of 'due process' eludes you? (since you obviously dont have a fing clue what that entails.)

Sorry, 'due process' doesnt mean 'freedom from being charged', or 'freedom from being convicted'. read the above provided punchlist of items afforded under the concept of due process and get back with us about what was not afforded the j6ers you are screaming about above.

I think you are wholly clueless as to the issue, mind you. But, give it a go, eric.
But here your ready to die on your sword for the due process of gangbanger illegals.

Quote:There are no words to describe how FOS your are on virtually everything here, which is why most of us never even read your posts anymore.

Wow world class whine. Cool cool. Makes all the difference. LOlz. Just kidding. Most really stupid people substitute whiny namecalling with actual substance when they are maddy poo. I see you are into whiny namecalling mode above. Again -- cool cool.

Quite the nice pairing with your rant about due process and J6ers, when it appears you dont know pretty much anything about what comprises due process. Maybe ranting about J6ers makes you feel good. Cool cool again. Too bad it really has nothing to do with 'due proces' -- since every single J6er can be fully shown to enjoy every aspect of due process in the path they went down.

The hysterical screaming namecalling rant that followed is simply the chef's kiss ending to a really fing stupid post. Good job there, eric. Stick to your idiot proselytizing and your inane as **** 'proof' of how everything in the Bible is absolute truth. As shallow as those are -- much much better than the rant provided above.

So are you. You've come back on here, and you're angrier than ever. The only cure for your terminal TDS, IMO, is a full on lobotomy. You probably have an undiagnosed bipolar disorder, as well.

Just speaking the truth.
Simply noticing that the resident narcissist is back and clearly as unpopular as before your election prediction debacle.

And you studiously keep from mentioning that in that same order, he was given the right to stay inthe country and seek asylum.

Therefore, even with regard to aliens present within the United States, the Court has sometimes deferred to Congress’s policy judgments that limit the ability of some classes of aliens to contest their detention or removal.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution...s%2C%20and

Yes -- the extent of due process due to aliens may not be the full extent due to citizens in every situtation. No one disputes that. Especially in the context of removal hearings. No one is disputing that.

There are very much certain minimums that must be afforded them.

For example, one that is afforded them is that previous instances of rulings may not summarily be ignored. Imagine that.

I never said, nor has any critic of the no due process deportations stated that in the context of a removal hearing, an illegal alien is afforded the full suite of due process.'

The issue in these cases is that to some individuals -- no due process was afforded. The simplified status is that the Trump administration thought they could wave a magic wand, declare a 'war', and erase all due process from the deportation arena.

Scotus just noted that was incorrect. Even *if* the EAA is applicable here (a very big if), some due process basics have to afforded. None of which were present.

That level of due required process is literally just about the same in a normal deportation action mind you. So the easy magic act of declaring a fake war isnt the easy solution to unbridled power. Bummer.

Again -- simply have ICE arrest them, and do a proper hearing with the facts to show they are violent and gangbangers. Bingo bango bongo. Get the deportation order and ship em out.

No fuss, no muss when you do it the right way.

But the way they did it gets the zealots and idiots worked up, who end up having to defend the proposition of *no* due process in really asinine ways.

Saying that due process should be afforded to people is angrier than ever? Cool cool.

Btw, as between us, Im not the idiot that has 4 successive posts of nothing but namecalling as primary and only substance of the post. You might want to work on that self-reflection issue you have going..... just saying.

Have fun with your namecalling. When you decide to post something of substance, Ill look forward to it. Might have to wait a long while for that point in time I suspect.

Toodles, son.
