UTA lost in a weird set score, 26-24, 25-7, 25-21. They had a late lead in both the first and third set.

Proud of these girls. Hopefully the outgoing players reset the standard for what this program should be and used to be. I wondered if they had an outside chance at an upset and they did. We won't be at the same caliber next year with four graduate students graduating, but knowing who we have coming back, we will be competitive again.

Congrats on your year. I agree with RC that UTA is still the standard in our conference.

Your new volleyball coach looks like a fine choice and will likely be a great recruiter for the Lady Texans and that is what you want.

Gonzaga hired away J.T. Wenger. First time UTA lost a coach to another school since Lisa Love in 1988 after a Regional Final loss to Texas in the NCAA's.

The iron wouldn't be as hot as it is now with four graduating graduate students. UTA with an interesting choice coming up.
