Um, no. They never signed up. Apparently, like many of the other rightwinger types on here, you can't read. Not surprising though, you got your edumacation in Texass.

Hey Rubber
According to your article:
"Barrasso is correct that there is no federal requirement for navigators to undergo criminal background checks...no statutory requirement for Navigators to complete background checks, although some organizations already conduct background checks and some states have laws that require it of Navigators.”

So identity thieves can just avoid the intelligent states that decided to require them, like Georgia, and move on to the ones that don't, like maybe Illinois, land of Obama!

Hey StupidOwl, I read that. I am really surprised they didn't have anything in there but there are some safeguards and some states implemented background checks. Given that for the most part it is local and state organizations, it actually makes sense for the states to decide on the regulations.

Enrollment In Obamacare's Federal Exchange So Far Is In The 'Single Digits'

Imagine if we did the same for the space race, cold war, medicare, social security.
Especially since you have until December 15th to enroll to be covered by January and you have several options in many states. Why would anyone actually enroll the first day anyway? A little research is certainly expected.
Uhm... Tom, you do remember when the plan was passed right? 2010. That's 3.75 years to do research. People have either done research and not bought into the system, or provided research they didnt' believe?
Honestly, if people didnt' do research and just took the WH (and MSM's) message to heart, they'd be jumping all over it wouldn't they?
The law may have been passed nearly 4 years ago, but pricing was not released before October 1, except for a few states running their own exchange. So we haven't had that long to truly understand its impact, and the big variable is who actually signs up.

Do you have any clue to why the law was passed 4years ago and just now "up and running"(if you want to call it that)

It was up and running about 3.5 years ago. There were portions that just started later to get prepared for the main part to go into effect. Unfortunately, the Republicans have cut money from the budget to get the exchanges up and running(including money for an info campaign on how it would work) causing the problems that we see today.

We don't even have a ACA exchange set up. Our governor returned the grant money and said to the Federal Govt "You want it? come set it up yourself."
We did implement a state exchange for business group plans, but that has nothing to do with Obamacare.

But thats not what Obama is saying, they said overwhelming popularity is contesting the servers. Millions of hits. You know, the typical obama used car lies.
But that's not what I was responding to either. I was referring to those saying it's a failure already after two days. Try to keep up.
Clearly the sites are crashing as conservatives are purposely trying to overwhelm them. Hey, it's fun just making stuff up. I think I'll try it more often!
