US Seizes oil tanker with Venezuelan Oil
as expected, Trump admin dropped the "we suddenly care about drugs" charade and went directly after their #1 target.

That's why I quit responding to the leftists on here. It's not worth it. If I'm on their ignore list, oh well. Their fault, not mine.

I take offense to Tom more than anyone because he goes out of his way to call posters like you and I worthless, engage in a school yard name calling GC, puts all of us on ignore, AND YET GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO RESPOND TO ALL OF US!

Why? Because he wants to maintain control of the situation and claim moral superiority over us.

I'm starting to see why his wife left him.

RE: US Seizes oil tanker with Venezuelan Oil
According to the article, its an Iranian tanker operating under another name. I wonder what its destination was?

A thought I had the other day. China has made quite a habit of large naval shows of intimidation in areas they know it would be very difficult for the US to interfere. Make no mistake---the US Navy could interfere---but in a true showdown, it would likely be a tough fight for the US Navy on China's home court. Now, view the current US Navy operation in the Gulf of America through that same lens. China has made some substantial investments in Venezuela and Russia has developed a significant military relationship with the nation. Is it possible the US is making a very strong point to both Russia and China----you might be able to make it difficult for the US Navy to protect some of our interests that happen to be near you in the world----but anytime we want, we can interfere with your interests over here in a way thats pretty much impossible for you to do a darn thing about. Is it a message to China and Russia to behave along their borders or see their world wide interests outside of their home courts intimidated in the same manner.

The OP must be retarded, we dont need or want their dirty ass oil.

I mean maybe a few barrels to use for public tar and feathering, no need to waste the good stuff.

Maybe it was owned by an Iranian outfit but to me it just sounded like it was transporting Iranian oil. If google is correct, it’s owned by a Nigerian concern with some pretty shady history. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to the big OTC show in Houston. Maybe I should go this year I bet these guys are there

very well could be … if so, it would benefit our interests best to play it as a drug war on a bad actor … win/win

Hey moron, if you are going to post a new thread with a link, maybe your stupid arse should actually read the link you posted.

Directly from the article you posted "U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi posted on X that the FBI, Homeland Security and Coast Guard, along with support from the U.S. military, carried out a seizure warrant for a crude oil tanker used to transport sanctioned oil from Venezuela and Iran."

Try again, troll.
