You would first need a rudimentary knowledge of what an illegal alien is, what a non-citizen is, how driver's licenses are issued, how states verify citizenship, and how voters are registered to vote and a few other things, mainly how states actually run elections.

I thought democrats didn’t know how to get an ID? Why can’t they use this drivers license for voting? You know, just to prove they are.

I think illegals being registered to vote via "motor/voter" initiatives in the states (guessing almost all states have these options now?) is a secondary issue to what I think the primary reason for bringing illegals into the country is for - economics. Primary purpose is to shore up social security and medicare, then control wage growth to fight inflation. Remember, while social security and medicare aren't getting much press lately, the obligations are immense - trillions of dollars. These obligations are also off the balance sheets.

Single number one issue for election fraud is the legal loopholes in a number of states that allow (encourage?) ballot harvesting.
