Germany is still butt hurt that Gab will not remove a post from a German citizen which called one of their politicians fat. Their goal to be able to force their will on foreign companies has been going on for a while now.

Now the US Justice Department is assisting them in trying to force Gab to comply.

The German government is attempting to use the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) to force American companies like Gab to comply with their censorship laws. This is a blatant abuse of power, and the Biden-Harris DOJ is complicit in this attack on our rights.”
