I don't think so. No matter how stupid his opinions may be, Scorp at least can communicate in sentences, not word salads.

I have no issue with getting the heck out of Afghanistan. It's the way we went about it that was terrible. I mean, stranding all those Americans AND leaving all those weapons for the Taliban can only be explained by incompetence.

I continue to be impressed with the way Afghanistan is unfolding. What's important to note here is that we are OUT. No more billions per day being spent there funding terrorists in a creepy shell-game. But WAIT, there's MORE! The Taliban is kindler and gentler. They are actively assisting the U.S. in getting people out. Sure there are women's rights issues, but it's not that much different than any other Islamic country. Definitely nothing worth keeping troops there over, especially considering the GOP doesn't seem to care about women's rights here either. So nothing to see there.
I'd give Biden an A+ just on having the balls to pull out of Afghanistan alone. By far the best thing he has done as President so far. Amazing to see how the right is so brainwashed into believing otherwise. Absolutely Twilight Zone going on with that.
It must be nice to live with padded walls. There is not an ounce of integrity or any semblance of rationale in your posts. Fool's fool that can't see the disaster Biden left behind. Let's blow your house up and then proclaim that will stop you from having to spend more money on that black hole. Let's also make sure there are at least of couple of people in the house and say we told them to leave. And by all means lets leave all of our equipment behind so any thug or criminal can use them to blow up your entire block.

This is very misleading, what US military equipment was not removed from Afghanistan was destroyed or disabled. What the Taliban DID capture was billions of dollars worth of arms that we had provided to the Afghan military over 20 years, in an effort to arm and prepare them to prevent the Taliban takeover. Obviously that effort failed spectacularly, and Western intelligence badly missed the boat in estimating the Afghan military's will to fight. But the weapons the Taliban captured had been provided over the last 4 administrations - W Bush, Obama, Trump and Biden (and far less under Biden, who had only been president for months not years when we withdrew).
Unless Western intelligence had correctly predicted the Afghan military would fold not fight, the Taliban would have captured the arms we provided to them no matter who the President was. Even if we had realized this was an error and sought to destroy those weapons, it would have taken months if not years to effectively do so. That was certainly not going to happen under Trump, who had promised to withdraw on May 1, 2021.

You want to know when an article is lying---when it calls itself a fact checker.
Every piece of equipment, along with a lot of our own we couldn't get out, is now owned by the Taliban.

You are a liar and the truth is not in you. That is what exactly happened and I could care less about what past head coaches have done. This fall squarely on the current head coach and his assistants. Go write all of the garbage you just posted on here on your toilet paper and use it accordingly.

Head coach is actually an apt analogy. What you and the other anti-Biden crusaders are attempting to do is blame a coach who took over with 3 minutes left in the 4th quarter of the game for losing the game. Mistakes were certainly made by this administration in the period leading up to and during the withdrawal from Afghanistan, but the overall cake was baked long before President Biden got the whistle.

I don't. They are the fools that voted in this abject failure of an administration. They didn't have the sense to see that Biden was of diminished capacity nor go back to see that he was a none too bright plagiarist/liar in his younger days. Combine that with his creepiness around children and women and you have someone that should never have see his name on a ballot. He is a bumbling fool with a cackling moron for a vice president.

Taliban bans BBC news broadcasts in Afghanistan
Quote:Afghanistan's Taliban government has ordered BBC news bulletins to be taken off air according to the UK's national broadcaster.
The BBC made the announcement on Sunday and said: "This is a worrying development at a time of uncertainty and turbulence for the people of Afghanistan."
Afghans must not be denied 'independent' journalism — BBC
Tarik Kafala who is head of languages at the BBC World Service said that over six million Afghans consumed BBC's "independent and impartial journalism" and said that it was crucial that they weren't denied access.
"We call on the Taliban to reverse their decision and allow our TV partners to return the BBC's news bulletins to their airwaves immediately," Kafala said in a statement tweeted by BBC anchor and correspondent Yalda Hakim.
Voice of America also halted
German news agency Deutsche Presse-Agentur (DPA) citedAfghan media company MOBY Group as saying that the militant movement had also stopped broadcasting Voice of America (VOA) after orders from the Taliban's intelligence agency. DPA said that this was confirmed by Information and Culture Ministry spokesman Abdul Haq Hammad.
Many journalists fled the country when the Taliban seized control in August 2021. The Taliban's move to halt international broadcasters from operating comes days after the group backtracked on a decision to reopen girls' secondary schools.

The arms provided to the afghan army when the US knew it was completely incapable of existing as a force, and then lying about how “it’s getting better all of the time,” when it wasn’t, was just a plan to keep money flowing. And to be able to stay in Afghanistan to keep the drugs flowing.

Of the previous 5 US presidents, the record of getting us into/keeping us out of wars is as follows:
GHWB - Iraq
Bill Clinton - Balkans
GWB - Afghanistan, Iraq

If Trump were President now, we'd still be full-force in the Afghanistan shell-game supplying the Taliban, NATO would be a divided meaningless joke, Putin would have most of Ukraine occupied and worst yet, half the American public would be brainwashed into thinking the US and the world is stronger because of it.
