Martin has gone back to his ways of throwing shade whenever he can. We had a nice vacation from this during the period that the man he worships was on staff. But since Miller's left, Martin has reverted.

He had fun mocking the team during early season struggles.
He said we should not accept a disappointing NIT bid.
He says fans should care less about the NIT, because it means nothing.

And the latest is his "update" this week on possible transfers. It's obvious he is still wanting to see Miller recruits leave, and is a bit resentful that Penny got some good recruits without Miller while keeping all his guys. He says Baugh can be a star in the SEC. He says Boogie is gone. And he said DJ is likely to leave, unless Penny wins him back. He mocked Deandre for being "old". He implied Nolley doesn't fit in with the team. He also said Dandridge is 50-50 right now on returning. LQ and Lomax are the only ones he said should definitely be back.

Reminds me of the Austin Nichols "0%" days.

Coaches have to re-recruit their guys every year. This year is crazy because they want have to sit out. When the team is not playing well or someone isn't getting playing time players want to leave but in the end most will stay

He has a man crush on Miller and tried to impress him every chance he gets. He’s literally only been cool by association his whole life.

First, it was Parrish, then Austin, now Miller.

Yeah, I haven't listened to 92.9 in a year or so. It's one thing to state your beliefs. Quite another to make fun of and say someone is stupid for not agreeing with his eminence, Gary Parrish.

Jason Smith is the only one on that station I like. Geoff and Gary make you feel stupid (or make fun of anyone with a different political opinion. Jeffrey Wright & Gianatto are nails on a chalkboard... and Martin is so self centered that he’s unbearable too. Brad Carson is a moron as well

I use to religiously listen to local sports talk since the early 90s then after COVID hit, they had nothing sports related to talk about and then went political so I quit listening and found other things to do. Since then I realized how much a waste a time I spent listening to low quality characters that were either childish or arrogant, that really didn’t provide ‘that’ much info I could find somewhere else easily.
