Boogie has the most upside of any guard on the team but he is also the most inconsistent. But he looks like he is really starting to turn to corner and is starting to get the college game figured out.

He's finally starting to look more confident. I was concerned about him early in the season as his body language was poor. Making shots helps that.

Consistent playing time helps with consistency!
Absolutely true, always getting yanked after a minute or 2 and replaced with Penny's favorite can't be easy. Boogie has endured a lot and has weathered the storm. He is our best option at point guard. Now if Baugh can do the same.

1.2 assists and 1.4 turnovers per game. Seriously?
He struggles to come out of slumps because of that. If he overcomes that and always believes the next one is going in he can be very good...But still not a PG.

But with the backing of our insightful coaching staff, he's comin' thru
Boogie needs to be off the ball at all times, and would benefit from playing with a very good point guard more than anyone else. Him and Baugh looked scared to initiate anything on offense against Cincinnati, and it will be worse against Cincinnati.
Everyone has to make shots, but unlike LQ, Nolley or Williams, Boogie isn't going to help in other ways when his shot isn't falling.

We all know you think Alex Lomax is just a little better than Elliot Perry, but some of us have watched the games too and think Lomax slows the game down, makes some really weird decisions and is a liability on offense. Lomax has made some great plays at the end of the game, but has had 3 years to improve and he often puts us in the situation where he has to make a great play or we lose. I would pick Boogie, you would pick Lomax.

Depends on your needs...Neither is a game changer
But Boogie is a better player...Lomax fills a NEED on this team.

Kind of the chicken or the egg scenario.
Do you consistent playing time by consistently playing well or do you consistently play well from getting consistent playing time.
I tend to like Boogie on the wing and attacking from there more than I do him trying to setup and run the offense. He seems like a better and more comfortable play maker when he is not the primary ball handler.
