He should absolutely request it and have reviewers thoroughly check every single vote and voter.
WI has election day registration...that has caused problems in the past with Wisky college students voting on election day in Wisconsin instead of their state of residence. If enough college students across Wisconsin did that it could cross the gap.
They had a recount with the last Governors race for Scott Walker. It changed like 130 votes. Don't hold your breath.

Yeah---I dont get why FOX hasnt rescinded its call of Arizona. Their "call desk" guy said the reason they called it was because the outstanding vote was mail in and it would be largely Biden. If thats the case, then the margin should be widening---not closing. Its now 50K closer than it was and at this rate of close, Trump would win. Typically, a "call" should be rescinded when the actual vote fails to track the expectation. The outstanding vote is not breaking Biden as expected--thus the logic the FOX "call desk" gave for the call is no longer operative. They are just being hard headed at this point. They may end up being right---but their logic for the call has clearly proven faulty.
AP rescinded its senate call on AZ.
senate or POTUS?
Senate. I don't think they ever called POTUS.

But Fox did. If Trump gets AZ and PA, he wins. Big difference.

If that is true then Bidens chance of winning just fell thru the floor. Cause we know which way those excess votes fell.

Quote:Wisconsin has not counted more votes than it has registered voters. This tweet is comparing the vote count from 2020 with the number of registered voters from 2018. When we take a look at Wisconsin’s current total of registered voters, we see that there is nothing fraudulent about the state’s count.
According to the Wisconsin Election Commission, the “State of Wisconsin had 3,684,726 active registered voters on November 1, 2020.” It’s unclear where the “3,239,920” number shown in the above-displayed tweet comes from. As of this writing, The New York Times reports that a total of “3,296,836” votes have been cast in Wisconsin. In either case, the number of votes counted does not exceed the number of registered voters.

Republican senate, dementia riddled president, Democratic house. Gridlock. What the markets want.
I like to have one of the president, house, and senate to be opposite parties. Means only important **** gets done, and unlikely they screw anything up too bad.

So, Wisconsin had 90% of registered voters, vote? Is that in line with turnout across the nation?

Wisconsin with 90% turnout? That's simply hard to believe. Yes, it's remotely possible but any reasonable person is going to look a that and think...mmmmm...that's interesting, maybe a recount is in order. I'm not saying there's cheatin' goin' on there. It could be clerical error, technical error, etc. in the tallying of votes but it's most definitely worth the effort to verify.

I believe if the margin is more than .25%, trump has to pay for it to the tune of around 3 million dollars.
Bottom line, they better request the money up front!

Correct. It is currently at 88% voter turnout with 95% of the vote in. So it can be estimated that there will be a 90% voter turnout once all of the votes are counted. No way in Holy Hell. Must have been a lot of Russian votes cast. There is an estimated 4.5million citizens of voting age in the state total. If all eligible voting age citizens voted in this election that would still be currently a 72% voter turnout with 95% of votes cast. In 2016 there was a 67% turnout.

It can't and would be litigated.
I disagree. With an EO, Biden can eliminate fracking on federal lands, which is maybe 40-45% of all fracking. That will cost thousand of jobs and make us energy dependent again.
He likely won't tear down the wall, but he can open the borders with an EO, and/or with instructions to the Border Patrol.
He can ban AR-15s and AK-47s, or anything else, with an EO. Clinton did it, and the ban lasted 10 years. He can do the same with high cap mags.
He can have his exec branch add regulations to gun and ammo manufacturers that make both much more expensive, and likely run some out of business.
So he can't do everything on the list, but he can do some significant damage.
The 1994 AWB was passed in the house and senate, then sent to Clinton for signature. It wasn't enacted with an EO.
Ahh, my bad. You're right. Then they let it expire. But he can still over-reg gun and ammo manufacturers and drive prices way up.
The sunset clause got added late. Reagan stumped for it to flip republicans (and honestly before the 1994 AWB gun control wasn't quite down party lines the way it is now), and they had to add the sunset to get it passed.
The big risk from a gun control perspective is one Trump opened up himself. He banned bump stocks with no grandfather clause (turn in or destroy) with a simple executive order. How far can another president carry that ability?

You sure about that? There were many reports they were next to broke...and while trump may be wealthy, his money is tied up in RE...and he donated next to nothing to this campaign this time around.

God, I hope so.
Read some stuff today that even the pollsters at the local levels that campaigns from both parties trusted were way off.
I think it's just that people this day and age just don't want to truthfully talk to pollsters.

It was a record for them. Also, they had over 91% of their absentee ballots returned before election day.

Texas 7. Really disappointed. Hunt was the Republican, a Black vet. Lost 50.8-47.5.
Really didn't think my old district and that of HW Bush and Bill Archer had changed that much. Housing prices have reduced the number of families with children and brought in more lawyers. Romney, Cruz and Culberson won 60% in 2012. Culberson won 63% in 2014. He won 56% in 2016 before losing 52.5-47.5 in 2018.
But I thought 2018 was the Dem surge and a bad candidate. I was never fond of John Culberson. Very conservative and doctrinaire and at the same time very big government. He personally shut down the Westpark rail line, the best potential rail line in Houston, by using votes from outside Texas to deny funds. The locals approved it. Every local official including other Republicans were for it. I thought what he did was awful--and I voted against the rail proposal.
(For those not familiar with Houston-https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Texas%27s_7th_congressional_district-"...One of the wealthiest districts in the state, the 7th district includes wealthy enclaves of western Houston, ten incorporated suburbs and large areas of unincorporated suburbs...."
