If there is a group that should get every benefit of the doubt to have their ballots accepted it is the military. They should contact the BOE and the campaign of who they voted for to report this. If it is isolated it might've been their error but if military ballots were not accepted on a large scale that could signal fraud.

This over the top end of the world talk is a little much. There is middle ground.
47 years and no accomplishments to speak of. Biden isn't the threat, it's Kamala Harris which will be running the show with the help of Pelosi, Bernie, and the squad/
What is this middle ground you speak of?
Ending the Trump tax cuts, thereby raising EVERYBODYS taxes?
Eliminating Fracking and ending the use of fossil fuels by 2025?
Tearing down the border wall and providing amnesty to 15 million illegals?
Single payer healthcare?
PR and DC statehood to all but guarantee single party rule in the senate?
Packing the SC?
A new "assault weapons" ban and pricing citizens out of 2A rights by raising ammo prices?
I'm not saying all that will happen, but that's all in Biden's platform (which he didn't write and probably isn't even aware of)
can any of that be done without approval of the senate?
I hope not.
It can't and would be litigated.
I disagree. With an EO, Biden can eliminate fracking on federal lands, which is maybe 40-45% of all fracking. That will cost thousand of jobs and make us energy dependent again.
He likely won't tear down the wall, but he can open the borders with an EO, and/or with instructions to the Border Patrol.
He can ban AR-15s and AK-47s, or anything else, with an EO. Clinton did it, and the ban lasted 10 years. He can do the same with high cap mags.
He can have his exec branch add regulations to gun and ammo manufacturers that make both much more expensive, and likely run some out of business.
So he can't do everything on the list, but he can do some significant damage.

Arizona Conservatives had ballots thrown out because they used sharpies at the precinct! How is that the voters fault?
If the voters used the tools provided at the precinct their votes should count!!!

The 1994 AWB was passed in the house and senate, then sent to Clinton for signature. It wasn't enacted with an EO.

He should absolutely request it and have reviewers thoroughly check every single vote and voter.
WI has election day registration...that has caused problems in the past with Wisky college students voting on election day in Wisconsin instead of their state of residence. If enough college students across Wisconsin did that it could cross the gap.

Ahh, my bad. You're right. Then they let it expire. But he can still over-reg gun and ammo manufacturers and drive prices way up.

We don't have a winner yet. What would they react to?
Once we do the Market will respond.
They are reacting to the fact that the Senate stayed with the Republicans and basically nothing will happen for the next 2 years and all of Trump's policies will stay in place. If Trump ends up pulling it out it will be even better for 401ks.
What is amazing is Wisconsin had an 88% turnout SO FAR and there is only 95% of the votes have been counted. Does anyone think this is possible considering 67% turned out in 2016? That means there will be a total turnout of over 90% once all votes are counted.
