The same thing has happened around the country with Democratic attorneys going after corporations because they don't tow the line on climate change.

And it happened in the Obama administration with the abuse of power by the FBI and CIA.

We need to throw some of these people in jail. These gestapo types are a threat to the foundation of our government. They must understand there is a price to pay.

Liberals love to attack things via the judicial branch because there is generally no accountability. Executives and legislatures must answer to the people.

Liberals also love to legislate from the bench. Row v. Wade. Gay marriage. They know SC justices are never up for re-election and it is a lifetime appt.

Judges seem to get more arrogant and disregard the impact of their actions more as they stay longer on the bench. We need a defined term of 15-20 years for federal judges.

I wouldn't be opposed to retention elections for federal judges after an initial term

I agree whole-heartedly. I didn't support gay marriage, but there were clearly some issues they had that needed to be dealt with. That it passed is not that big a deal. But that the Supreme Court came up with a constitutional right that no one dreamed of 10 years before means they can take rights away as well. That is very concerning. Kennedy was Reagan's biggest mistake.
