Judges seem to get more arrogant and disregard the impact of their actions more as they stay longer on the bench. We need a defined term of 15-20 years for federal judges.
Gay marriage was rejected in EVERY state in which it was put to a vote. Even California. And now, just like that, it is legal. I don't like that. To me, it has nothing to do with morality. It has to do with power. Anything with that much power can take it away too. Never, ever give any government entity that much power.
Nope, Maryland, Maine, and Minnesota (all of the last three to vote on it) voted in favor of marriage equality.
Not sure as to why marriage equality is relevant here, unless you want to blame Gay marriage for Eric Greiten's behavior.

Its about abuse of power. I do think Iowa voted for it as well. But the point is that a court invented a constitutional right and imposed it on every state, not just the 7 or so who had done so through the normal legislative process.

RE: Time to go after abuse of power
So what matters to you isn’t the veracity of a post, but the messenger?
Telling
I agree there are sites I’m skeptical of, but I still care about what is true and not
I wouldn’t expect fox to tout the liberal position on an issue, nor would I expect an academic report to tout the conservative position
But if someone were indicted on what was presented here, that’s a problem for ALL Anericans

Josh Hawley just called on Greitens to resign. He's a far right wing, Trump supporting Attorney General. He's also running for Senate. He ain't Gloria Allred.

activist judges are more dangerous than any president weve ever elected. they corrode the very foundation of our constitution.

Its embarrassing even without the criminal parts. Its an evangelical state that is rapidly changing from purple to red. They don't want the albatross.

FTR, I don't click or read anything from DU, Daily Kos nor PoliticUSA, etc. either. Some sites have a track record that don't allow me to even give them a meaningless click.
