Time to go after abuse of power - bullet - 04-11-2018 09:28 AM

http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2018/04/09/hantler-a-george-soros-backed-prosecutor-under-fbi-investigation/

"The old saying is true: you can indict a ham sandwich. Actually, it’s even worse: you can indict for a dream about a ham sandwich.
I wish I was kidding, but I’m not.
Here’s the story: In St. Louis, Missouri, in 2018, a man was indicted for a felony for allegedly taking a compromising photograph of his mistress. From the beginning, the details were sketchy: the woman wasn’t sure if she’d seen a flash or heard a phone click. Under cross-examination, she revealed even more uncertainty. Turns out, she’d never actually seen a phone. She’d never seen a camera. She’d never seen a photo.
Oh — and she might have dreamt the whole thing up. That’s right: when asked by the prosecutor whether she had seen a phone, she said it was something she may once have had a dream about.
As everyone reading should know by this point, the man under indictment is Eric Greitens — the sitting, popular, conservative former Navy SEAL and governor of Missouri. The prosecutor who brought the indictment is St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner — a reckless, liberal, George Soros-funded prosecutor who has made it her mission to go after law enforcement instead of criminals...."

"It’s time to stand up and fight back. Here’s what needs to be done, quickly: the Republican attorney general of Missouri, Josh Hawley, needs to call for an investigation into Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner’s office and practices. The combination of her failures in other cases, the ongoing FBI investigation, her obvious misconduct in the Greitens’ prosecution, and her deeply questionable fundraising make this investigation imperative. As the state’s leading law enforcement official, Attorney General Hawley must act to prevent further prosecutorial misconduct."

The same thing happened in Texas with an alcoholic Democratic prosecutor in Austin indicting Governor Perry for vetoing a bill.

The same thing has happened around the country with Democratic attorneys going after corporations because they don't tow the line on climate change.

And it happened in the Obama administration with the abuse of power by the FBI and CIA.

We need to throw some of these people in jail. These gestapo types are a threat to the foundation of our government. They must understand there is a price to pay.

Liberals love to attack things via the judicial branch because there is generally no accountability. Executives and legislatures must answer to the people.

RE: Time to go after abuse of power - thespiritof1976 - 04-11-2018 10:54 AM

Liberals also love to legislate from the bench. Row v. Wade. Gay marriage. They know SC justices are never up for re-election and it is a lifetime appt.

Judges seem to get more arrogant and disregard the impact of their actions more as they stay longer on the bench. We need a defined term of 15-20 years for federal judges.

I wouldn't be opposed to retention elections for federal judges after an initial term

Gay marriage was rejected in EVERY state in which it was put to a vote. Even California. And now, just like that, it is legal. I don't like that. To me, it has nothing to do with morality. It has to do with power. Anything with that much power can take it away too. Never, ever give any government entity that much power.

I agree whole-heartedly. I didn't support gay marriage, but there were clearly some issues they had that needed to be dealt with. That it passed is not that big a deal. But that the Supreme Court came up with a constitutional right that no one dreamed of 10 years before means they can take rights away as well. That is very concerning. Kennedy was Reagan's biggest mistake.

Figured some liberal would spew that mindless drivel.

Its an opinion piece with facts that have been corroborated in other places.

You're like the little kid who doesn't want to hear things and sticks his hands over his ears and yells "NAH, NAH, NAH, BREITBART, NAH, NAH, NAH, FOX, NAH, NAH, NAH!!!!"

And the Republican-controlled Missouri State House of Representatives spews liberal mindless drivel, too? Here's their report, out just now:

http://www.kansascity.com/news/politics-government/article208633839.html

41. Witness 1 then testified:

So he was laying there and I was laying next to him just crying-like uncontrollably crying. And he was like, Shh, shh, it's okay, it's okay. That's all he was really saying at this point. And he was trying to, like fondle my body ....

I'm bawling my eyes out. Yeah, so I'm still crying. And then he's like - I can tell he's still, like, in it -he's still in this -in this thing that he's got in his mind of whatever he's doing, and he's still like messing with me.

He starts undoing his pants, and he takes his ***** out and puts it, like, near where my face is. And I'm like -so this guy literally just wants me for this, and this is all he wants, and then he'll let me -because at this point, too, I also know I have to be at work, and he's not going to let me leave, because he's obviously still horny. So I gave him oral sex at this point. (Footnote 45)

That's sworn testimony from the Republican report on Greitens. Re-pub-li-can. Guess they like ham sandwiches, too.
