Agreed.

Can’t help but wonder what the outcome would have been if Troy had Varnado.

Or if we'd had Porzingis.

Lewis Sullivan owns the Condom Box like UAB owns Coleman Coliseum. If we needed more points, he would have scored more points.

Loving that RS season for Sullivan now.

Nice win. Go Blazers!

Great win and great team performance. Agreed that this is our best win to date. In fact, Troy will probably be one of our better RPI wins of the year. Can’t compare game to game but we beat Troy by more on the road than Kentucky did at home.

Nice win Blazers. You've got a better team than I think some of you give credit for.

I can't help but wonder what the game would've looked like had Varnado been playing. He's our best inside presence, besides Hicks. And when Hicks or Varnado aren't in the game, Troy can be shut down in the paint easily.

Good luck in CUSA play.

Troy shot 25% from the three in the second half after shooting 50% in the first. I don't think I have ever seen a game where everyone who played for one team in a game shot a three.

Troy played 8 players. All 8 shot threes. 7 of the 8 hit a three.

I was there. Including students & band my guess for total attendance would be in the 1000 range. There were about 25-30 Blazer fans there and we made more noise than the fans in the rest of the building.

Had they not had the ticket promotion for students I would guess there may have been 500 in the house.

It's funny how Blazer fans get so sensitive whenever any outsider talks about our attendance for football or basketball but yet we're all about putting down other schools for the same reason.

Ridiculing Troy is always appropriate. Now that Pike County has Uber service there's no excuse for missing the game.

Apparently not. Perhaps your 40 years worth of useless trivia will enlighten me.

Guess we still haven't played a true road game yet.

I know how the attendance thing works. UAB's basketball attendance isn't that fantastic.

With UAB coming in one would think that Troy would have more than 500 non-students at the game.

I also know what our attendance against Memphis was as well.

The attendance for Troy looked way worse than even our attendance visually.

Lots of other choices in Troy on a Tuesday night. Do you want to miss the cow tipping?

I love on the ESPN3 broadcast, the statement "Welcome back to Troy, we have a raucous crowd here tonight." I thought, "maybe Troy's arena is like Legion Field, where everyone sits on one side."

And as they went to break once, you could hear someone off mic say "This is a great crowd tonight."

Hats off to Nate Darling. I’ve been critical of him in previous games, but stat-wise he had a good game last night. He played the most minutes (36), chipped in 14 points by going 2-3 inside the arc and 3-4 outside the arc. He was 1-1 from the FT line. He had 6 rebounds, 4 assists, and 1 steal. Way to go, Nate!

Oh, he also didn’t have any turnovers.

03-lmfao I heard that too! Lol. I'll say this though, the seats did look comfy.

At least they didn't add the giant ***** "T" logo in the middle of the court.

He had a quick stretch in the first half when he scored 8 points. One was an awesome spin move drive to the basket. He definitely got a WOW from me.

RE: Troy thread - Break the Trojans
That was the most complete game we've played. Multiple players stepped up but with Sullivan and Bryant headlining. Also good to see Haha finally play well. Norton seems like he still hasn't gotten back in rhythm.

I haven't been pleased with Ehsan, but these last two games have been the best head coaching performances from him yet. Looking forward to the Auburn game, hopefully Cokely and Lee can get healed up.
