If Trump finishes with 90 delegates from New York and matches the panel’s projections in the remaining states, he’d eventually finish with 1,191 delegates — close enough to 1,237 that he might be able to get there with uncommitted delegates, especially uncommitted delegates from Pennsylvania.

I'm going to predict actually now that Cruz, Kasich and Sanders bow out after next Tuesday.

They won't bow out. They'll stay to the end.

If Bernie bows out and the DNC tries to unite the party, I look for the RNC to do the same and pressure Cruz & Kasich to do similar thing by standing down and mend fences rapidly to kill off any more negative press before the convention. I think You will see a less angry Trump towards the RNC afterwards. Turn the heat up on Hillary as She will on Donald.

Every time Trump wins a state, his supporters get all excited and claim that it's over. Personally, I expected Trump to sweep NY, so I don't see how tonight changes anything. I'm willing to continue this conversation in a few days once you all calm down, and Trump has talked/tweeted himself into another controversy.

Not a Trump supporter, just being realistic. The NY republican electorate is a good guage for the Northeast and the west coast. I believe Kasich will run second in some of the upcoming states just like New York and New Hampshire

If Trump can pull of half of his talk about trade deals and NAFTA the U.S. is going to be in a great spot.
