You see ads the state of New York is running now encouraging businesses to locate in NY promising tax free incentives, etc. Well, this idiot Cuomo's comments have no doubt put a halt to most businesses considering that move. You see, most businesses are run by the type of people that the idiot Gov said aren't wanted in New York state. What a d#uchebag.
