I'm sure we'll drop a few games here and there...it happens in baseball/softball...but I expect a pretty gaudy record by year end.
45-5 or so. That might be good enough for a 18-22 ranking, but that's it.
Speaking of Elon, 2 local valley girls have started every game this year as freshmen at Elon. I was bummed when they did not end up at JMU, for whatever reason. When Elon comes here, they will have a ton of Broadway and Turner Ashby folks rooting for them. Oh well.

I looked away for a while and thought it must've been the 2nd or 3rd inning! Gotta love some early run support.

Yep. And, one of those 2 losses (still our only on the season) was in extra innings and the other was a walk-off 3-2 loss where La Tech scored the winner in the btm of the 7th. i.e., Dukes have been in every game going into the last inning.
Side note, Long Beach State who the Good Gals went 1-1 against in Mexico (both games went to extras) dealt top 10 Auburn (23-2) 1 of its 2 losses on the season, 6-3 at a neutral site tourney in California.
Lost to EZU 4-1 tonight
Dukes lose to East Carolina 4-1. The bats never seemed to come alive in this one.
Logwood is up 1-0 in the first inning of game 2...
Dukes pick up 4 runs in the bottom of the 4th on a solo HR by Odicci and a 3 run pinch hit HR by Cutright.
4-1 over Longwood and still batting in the bottom of the 4th with 1 out.
Update: Heading to the top of the 5th leading 4-1!!
