Huge pick up for the Rockets. Going to be a battle to keep him a Rocket but this is a good start.

i don't think it will be a battle to keep him. his whole committing announcement was an essay on why he chose UT over offers from P5 conf teams. He, basically, wrate an A+ paper on why he wants to be a Rocket. Good Commit in several ways.
Just returned from WASU and raved about their facilities, campus, and the entire experience and still chose UT !

That was all I could come up with but wasn't sure. Thanks.
UT is likely recruiting Bisek at C not OG. This is the position where he really shined in camps this summer.
Cooper can play, hope everyone watched the videos. I think we will be lucky to sign him. What a story.
Agree UT!
DE Gonzalez Fleriot from Immokalee High School (Florida) commits to the Rockets

Looks like one of his teammates, Shedro Louis, is worth a hard look. He is the fastest guy "from Collier to Dade County" . . . .
A thread talking about Jalin Cooper

I sincerely hope that UT can hold onto these guys since we definitely need LB's and especially ILB's. i'm sure that the lack of depth at LB is now appealing to many players which has resulted in two early verbals. UT is super aggressively recruiting Deandre Fitz-Henley another highly rated ILB from Clearwater FL.

Go Rockets!!!!

Solomon Egbe ILB from Georgia is no longer listed on the Toledo Scout.com commit list. But he is still listed on Rivals.com.
Does anyone know which is correct???

He decommitted last Thursday and reopened his recruitment. Seems like a good person, just having some second thoughts. Tough to make the life impacting decisions @17 or 18 years of age. Good luck to him whatever he decides.

He "committed" to UT in late May. I wonder what made him change his mind in not even two months.

Meh, that should be the norm.
Revere’s Conor Head commits to play football at Toledo:

“Toledo was the first school to start looking at me about a year and a half ago,” Head said. “Since then the team has made so much progress and I really like where the program is going. Toledo will definitely be a top contender for the MAC championship. I also have a really good relationship with the offensive line coach, Mike Hallett, as well as the rest of the staff. I really feel at home at Toledo and feel that’s the best place for me to live my dream.”
