Yes, find a new home for the track, then tie together the east and west stands in front of Owens Fieldhouse to create a U. I'd like to see the south end zone hill filled in to move it closer to the field but save that for seats after the North end is built out. That would give us plenty of room to handle over flow, if needed, until demand dictates we complete the lower bowl.
