Cali, the ultimate electoral prize, is being screwed over by the EC system...

If Cali was at all ideologically diverse presidential campaigns would *live* in that state.

And "New England" contains no less than five states who benefit from the EC in terms of proportional representation (RI/ME/CT/NH/VT)....
