IDK without Marshall we probably won't even average 3k at football games.

You can take the trifecta of butthurt we gave you this year to the AAC with you free of charge. Put that in your fan support and smoke it.

One game is well one game. We can rest assured knowing that we doubled you guys up in the all time series, took 4 of the last 6, and we always held serve in Greenville. Other than that I will show some restraint and not waste our time arguing about who should be more butthurt or try to explain why 'my school is better than yours.'

I sincerely wish that I could wish you guys the best, but I really don't.04-cheers

Below is a link to your school's Wikipedia site, check it out:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marshall_Th...t_Carolina

"East Carolina leads the all-time record over Marshall 10–5. ECU is 6–3 against the Herd from 2005 to 2013 when both schools were in Conference USA."

There you go with that one sport thing again. We sent you packing in the only year that matters. Your last one. In the three major sports of CUSA. Yes, I know those are sentence fragments. I broke it down so you'd understand. So, hang on to football attendance as the last thing you did in CUSA. I'll take the eternal scoreboard over the braggarts of Greenville in football, basketball, and baseball.
That's a very twisted way to look at it, to only benefit yourself.03-lmfao

"Stongest fan support" is a lot different than "most fan support." If you been a fan of either FAU or FIU for over 5 years, you have had to be damn strong.

I'm just guesstimating 40% by how OSU cheers and chants drowned out UTSA's weak UT-SA chant.

You are trying to to troll and doing a poor job of it. It was a white out that game, so even if we assume all the people in orange where OSU fans (they all werent OSU but we can go along with it) thats still not close to 40%.

meangreener Wrote:You got over 25K for a in-conference opponent once this year, just like us. Nice try, kiddo. Y'all 'brought" less fans than UTEP and about the same as Rice last year to Apogee, which was amusing.

UTSA fans took up atleast two sections at Apogee. Considering the fact that the stadium looked about half empty that day, thats not bad.

We got 25k+ every single home game except the Tulane game which had 24,600. Why do you keep talking out of your ass? Our lowest attended game outdrew all but one of your games. 03-lol

meangreener Wrote:UTSA's fanbase is just a bunch of paper tigers. Hell, Houston brought 30% of the crowd. I'd point you towards hanging out on Rowdy Talk but the place is just tumbleweeds because they're all on Shaggy Bevo.

More ass talk. Too bad UNT couldn't sell out their inaugural game at Apogee with how well UH supposedly travels, huh?

meangreener Wrote:But, hey, your students wouldn't come even if you gave them a free shuttle to the hangar. Students don't care, just a bunch of desperate T-Shirt fans desperate for football in that godforsaken hellhole in San Antonio. No NFL team would dare touch SA, though. So they latch onto UTSA. Too bad UTSA students/alumni couldn't give two *****. It's okay though, it's just a passing fad, that's why on Rowdy Talk and twitter it's always UT fan (and UTSA!) The 300 UTSA fans at the UNT love to talk crap about our attendance... that's because we don't play in the San Antonio equivalent of the Astrodome. This thing called weather affects attendance, just like it does at EVERY G5 school. Not UTSA, because you play in the Rent-An-Astrodome among 5 people with ties to UTSA. 26K saw us pound UTEP before, so it's logical that 26K would have came had it not been 20 degrees, cloudy with light sleet.

Go pound sand and fall in your sewer.

Too bad students seem to be about the only ones that care about UNT football. The alumni or DFW couldn't care less. One bowl game doesn't change that when you have yet to sell out your high school stadium in the 2-3 years you've had it. 03-lmfao

That being said, I am glad to have them in conference and as a rival but UTSA doesn't walk on water. I was freaking giving a compliment.

Student attendance has room for improvement, noone has denied that.

You gave a backhanded compliment. You also included UNT there because of one bowl game. Sell out your 30k, high school looking stadium just once before you even think about putting yourself in the same company as UTSA much less UTEP. In short, your fan support sucks.

Students are by far the most important aspect of a college game crowd you imbecile lol. That's what separates it from the NFL. LOL

I really did just fall out of chair laughing. I would have died laughing if it was a Marshall fan who said that.
