Its just an arrogant judge who has signed on to the idea that he need be loyal only to the DNC. In his view, the laws of New York, the laws of the United States, and the rights afforded citizens per the US Constitution are all secondary considerations when compared to the utmost importance of his oath of loyalty and religious sense of duty to the DNC.

All of these trials are for public consumption.

They are looking for crimes to fit their "criminal".

Conviction isn't the goal. They want to shame him out of running.

They still don't understand DJT, even after knowing him since the 1980's, and they still don't understand most of the American people.

None of the charges include any of the underlying crimes and he hasn't been convicted of anything else. So, it must be a made up crime.
