1. Atlas isn't pulling from the best pool of available widebody pilots in the US. They want to work for FDX/UPS/DL/AA/UA.

I don't know if the FO was a minority or not, but what makes you think him being a minority has anything at all to do with the crash which according to the NTSB was caused by spacial disorientation after inadvertent activation of the autopilots go around mode. Are you saying that it happened because he was a minority? Are you saying that white people are better pilots?

I don't care whom you sleep with or what you do with your body--at least, as long as you are a mentally competent adult.

But I do care when you start impacting the lives of others, particularly others who are somehow disadvantaged in achieving the best for themselves. I don't care if you mutilate your own genitals; I do care if you mutilate someone else's, or influence someone else to mutilate his/her own. I don't care if you want to dress in drag, or to do drag shows for adults. I do care whether you perform such shows for children. So in my opinion the Tennessee statute does some good things, but is overly broad.

Taking what you can get when it comes to comprise on sin and evil its the worst thing you can do. What seems reasonable and logical at the moment only empowers evil and wickedness to reach twice as fast and far.

That is the problem with these bills. They go way too farin cases, and they have to go back to fixed the damage they have done. David Bowie, Boy George, Milton Berle, Annie Lennox, Twisted Sisters and others would be arrested for dressing in drags in public. Even Robin Williams would be arrested for dressing up as Mrs Doubtfire doing a children's show.

That would be a great point if people had been treated equally historically, but they haven't.

They are highlighting that they are being treated equally now. Historically an open LGBTQ person would have zero chance of being hired into the cockpit of a mainline US carrier.

93% of pilots are white, and 92% are male. So 90ish percent of airline pilots are white males. Do you think that's because only white men want to be an airline pilot?
