Are you suggesting or saying that the selection of clothes to wear isnt something that the 1st Amendment addresses? Seriously? Is that the hill you want to plant your flag?

I will say that the option to go w/o clothes is a something the government can address, but you are not just wrong about that implication (try Cohen v. California (US SupCt 1971 )), that should be so obvious that you probably want to avoid planting that flag anywhere near there.
