Trump is a JFK Democrat. If the GOP is smart, they will follow Trump's lead. In the late 90s Clinton began the Democrat party move to become Rockefeller Republicans. Loosely in their politics but most definitely as the party who supports the MNCs in all they want to do. TBF, Rockefeller GOP never struck me as embracing identity politics so never pure duplicates due to the times and evolving POVs.
