Hadn't noticed, although I wasn't looking for them. Where are they exactly?
Right beside the original ones. Again ODU blows a chance to blow their own horn. Those elevators could be worth a few more people in actual attendance. My wife and I are old and this was an important issue for us.
Wood did talk about the new elevators on our podcast. But it’s also an ADA requirement, so bragging about compliance would be a little weird.

Nothing will excite me anymore about the stadium until we fix/revamp both endzone areas. And when we actually have every seat filled and fix our in-game entertainment...

or, how about. "ODU, continuing to be responsive to the needs of it's loyal fans, has installed 2 additional elevators to facilitate coming and going...."
What's so hard about that?

Revamped north endzone will be nice but just having bathrooms and some sort of hot food selection on 2nd level would be a huge QOL improvement.

Well that's pretty easy, because none of those items will occur in the next 5-10years.

I truly hope you're wrong. Every seat filled requires winning at a high level again. In game entertainment is simply hiring the right person and giving them resources. Once those two things happen, the NEZ should fall into place fairly quickly. Id hope all three happen within 5 years. If 2 out of the three don't happen, we have issues.

Poor excuse. ODU gave him, his start to the majors. Discontent or not, that’s a poor excuse. Even poor Taylor, gave money.

I would say that Guzzo had a great relationship, giving him his opportunity. Heard he did not have good relationships with Jarrett & president (and/or upper admin). Would love to see him spearhead some great baseball project initiatives. However, his stance seems to be as if "you didnt take care of me/us when I was there & a top draft pick, now you're asking me for money now that I have it." Finney/staff have done consistent work to build/keep what connection they can, but I doubt he'll change his stance of the university itself.

Question on basketball. ODU has one of the best arenas in the country. It is much better than some ACC teams. How long is our contract with the Sunbelt? Any chance moving when other teams start moving in and out of conferences? Our basketball team will have more attractive teams and I feel they will be a better team in two years. Football may be a problem, as the sunbelt and OOC are stronger. I think the problem is convincing other conferences to take our football, unless the team improves, and the attendance improves on stronger teams, whoever is in that onference.
