The timeline shows separate responses to and from the university and Penny for months. Unless he was writing responses himself, he has almost certainly had counsel for many months.

Penny should've just did what Auburn did. Self impose a tournament ban the year his team had no chance of making the tournament..

yep, i said that the year Wiseman was suspended. We should have taken a voluntary post season ban right then and there. Even with the tournament being suspended... well we had no control over that.
