My goodness - all for the low, low price of $60. Pony up ya cheap bast**ds. The Tigers are home!

While all of that is true and I share your enthusiasm, the fact is that we rarely put more than 40,000-45,000 in the stadium. Even recently for Ole Miss and UCLA we were at around 45,000.

All I'm saying is that due to the current landscape, it would be smart to fill up the seats anyway possible. Unfortunately, we are not at a place (yet) where we can fill 58,000 seats at $60 per pop.

I disagree. It’s an SEC opponent. We charge top dollar when they come to our place because they charge us top dollar when we visit their stadium. I’m paying the freight. I see people throwing $100 dollar bills into slots at the casinos. A $60 ticket is nothing for a college game.

If it’s too steep for your blood, stick to $8 tickets for high school football on Friday nites.

There is no shame in not being able to afford it, but it is completely embarrassing that fans complain about a $60 ticket for one game. It is shocking.

And the ones complaining are probably the same ones who don't come to Nicholls St. or SFA or any other small school

This is the free board ... The one where the cheap bastxxxx hang out and complain about 7 bucks a month for ESPN+ ... And 60bucks for a ticket to see an SEC team play the Tigers. Those same people who complain about not playing any P5 teams, soft schedules and no OCS. But the real hooter is this. We got left out again ... The Big 12 went elsewhere.

HOW MUCH DO YOU THINK BIG 12 GAME TICKETS WOULD COST !!!

Let's hope we got at least 40,000 Tiger fans who don't mind paying to see a n SEC Rival in our Liberty Bowl !!! 04-chairshot

You and me not taking the shot is an option. The players can't afford to have that choice. With the physical contact they have with each other and opponents, it would be idiotic of them to not take it. If they don't want to take it, they should opt out.

- Will be in close physical contact with others on a daily basis
- Probably 1,000X more apt to pass it on than someone in the general public
- Survival rate of 9,999/10,000 if they contract it
- Infection will undoubtedly result in many players contracting it
- Infection will most probably result in games being forfeited

ALL they have done since day one is --LIE LIE LIE

Lol, and you are saying others are spewing political crap. Try thinking for yourself and being part of a community. You have fallen way down the conspiracy rabbit hole.

When you walk into LB stadium on Saturday you are encouraged to wear a mask. The drunk who coughed on me multiple times in the in the opener motivated me to wear a mask. My choice and none of your conspiracy nutcase political mantras makes one bit of difference in my life choices.

If I go to an establishment that has a policy about wearing a mask I wear one because I respect that place as a patron. My individual right is to choose not to go there if I don’t like their rules not to crucify them.

Coaches are encouraging players to get vaccinated out of safety and because they don’t want to lose players for a game or forfeit a game. If we were in a flu epidemic we would do the same except this 18 month epidemic is 10 times as deadly and infectious. Everyone u derstands they have choices and options.

You have the right to take risks but your rights are not paramount to the safety of others. People are choosing to not work because they do not want to get vaccinated or wear mask. That’s hurting the economy. Tn has the highest infection rates per capita in the country but you think your rights are more important than the masses. Hospitals have no ICU beds available because they are filled with Covid patients of which 96% were not vaccinated. But your rights are more important than the people being turned away for other reasons they have no control over.

Not sure when disease and safety of the masses became a thing for right wing conspiracy minions to hang their political lives on but it is not conservative ideology and it is not Christian ethic and it is not historical American community values.

I’m done. I’ll be in the stands wearing my mask because it is my right to choose safety and my right to play a role in protecting others.

You took the shot--why should you worry about me--you are protected from me--oh wait-- I forgot --another LIE from KING FAUCI/FDA/CDC/ONEWORLDGOVERNMENT---or were they all just WRONG--like the guy who said that we were #2 on everybody's list -only behind Cindy

There is a greater risk of the stadium falling in and killing you--a plane hitting the stadium and killing you--being shot at the stadium and killing you--getting killed by a bad pronto pup at the stadium--a bird hitting your temple and killing you --you getting killed on the way to the stadium--getting killed on the way home after you leave the stadium

RE: Tickets for Miss State game are expensive
Consider the $60 as $30 for the ticket and a $30 donation. The ticket is too expensive for a family of 4? Lower your donation by $120 next year.

RE: Tickets for Miss State game are expensive
There are good points on this from all sides and the only fair conclusion that I can see is that it all depends on your personal circumstances and point of view; and, a couple of key factors that some of you may be overlooking.

For example: The Tigers only play a handful of home games every year. Comparatively speaking - how much is a round of golf these days? Just put off one round with your buddies and good grief - just take them with you to the game. Or how about the cost of taking your family of four to the movies with popcorn and cokes? Good grief - what about eating out at a nice restaurant these days? So stay home from the movies one time - hell the little midgets can study a little more for once - and have a romantic evening at home helping your significant other cook up one of the families favorite dishes. Or just don't play the fool with your buddies at the weekly poker game.

Note on the Golf Thing: for me it always depends how many balls I put in the water or lose in the rough/woods.

There must be dozens of ways to maintain a roof over one's head and food on the table while still going to the Howard Hughes, family bank breaking Tiger game for $60. But I saved the best for last:

I know that many of you, just like me are married and have a boss. What better way to put off those weekend Honey Do's than a mid-afternoon starting game at the bowl with the Tigers? Good grief man - get your wits about you.

All the Best to all the Pro and Cons!

Tell me... will it be an N95? If it's not, you haven't a leg to stand on. And that is EXACTLY when it became political. When wearing a Chinese face diaper THAT DOES NOTHING... because a virtue signal.

It's not a 100% or Zero choice. More conspiracy driven message reshaping. Shame on you!

NAIVE MUCH

The issue isn't players dying; it is players infecting each other, having to quarantine, and having games forfeited. It is incredible how thick you are. Another thing to add to the list that a 6 year old would understand, that you don't.

....again --TYRANNY --LIBERTIES --FREEDOMS--TYRANNICAL GOVERNMENT---are more important than a football game.

....and by the way I wasn't talking about the players---I was speaking of him because of what he said---try to keep up will ya

You have been speaking about the players and you just made reference to that in this post. You can't even keep up with the average 6 year old.

Look MOLASSES ---in the post you referenced --I was speaking of him- because he mentioned his safety at the game

I bet when you return to Canada after visiting the (USED TO BE LAND OF THE FREE)---the average IQ in AMERICA rises exponentially when you cross the border

RE: Tickets for Miss State game are expensive
Yall realize this is a USF fan just looking to take his family to an entertaining game and doesnt really pull for either team, How about we try to welcome him and help him and maybe if anyone has tickets they cant use for some reason they sell to him at a discount. Butts in seats matter. Maybe he and his family have a blast and buy season tickets next year. We should be trying to help and helping gain interest and recruiting new fans...Calling people cheap doesnt help. Hell if 4 other people will do the same ill pay for one of his tickets.

It has continued this year with the coach stating multiple times that he is educating the team to take the shot----I am almost certain that he didn't tell them that it is a PLAYERS RIGHT NOT TO TAKE IT---and that it is not really a vaccine as such

You don't know how to copy and paste, but somehow you are a science expert? How can you not realize how much you are humiliating yourself on a daily basis?

You and me not taking the shot is an option. The players can't afford to have that choice. With the physical contact they have with each other and opponents, it would be idiotic of them to not take it. If they don't want to take it, they should opt out.

...or rather the players that don't want to play with/against players that don't take the shot---THEN THEY SHOULD OPT OUT

So -you are saying --one has rights --and one does not

Two things if you cant play you forfeit the game

Secondly aren't kids who are vaccinated less likely to be excluded for contact tracing based on the NCAA rules. If that is the case wouldn't him telling his team to take the shot be what is best for the team.

Isn't that his job...To do what is best for the team.

"the team" ?--what about best for the individual---I thought he was like a "father away from home figure"--

This intrusion on our rights--where does it end ?

Whats next ?

....and the jury is still out on if it will best for the team

Healthcare workers around the world are refusing and scared to take it -----feared enough that they are getting fired for not taking it

I have a roadster that has a top end of 160mph. Where is my freedom to cruise around town at half speed? And if I am stopped the first thing the gestapo demands of me is to produce my license! Where does this intrusion of my Liberty end?
Don't want to pay $60 for a single game ticket buy a season ticket for $100.

Tell me... will it be an N95? If it's not, you haven't a leg to stand on. And that is EXACTLY when it became political. When wearing a Chinese face diaper THAT DOES NOTHING... because a virtue signal.

Right? I mean, it's like they have collective amnesia and have totally forgotten that Lord Fauci (in interviews and e-mails) repeatedly said that standard cloth masks were ineffective, until the Orange Man criticized him. And, he made those statements with a tone of incredulity, like how stupid can you be if you think a basic piece of fabric is going to keep viruses out.

Calling out people of color. Such a racist.
